I sent my boyfriend up this morning 11/15/2024, for a two breakfast burrito meal with a large iced caramel coffee, ex shot of espresso & caramel drizzle, a sausage egg and cheese meal with a large coke and a extra hash brown. Whoever worked that window, it was a female, was super rude and acted like her forgetting to give him my coffee was the worst thing on earth for her to simply grab and hand over. Assuming she didn’t check to make sure it was correct, bc it was a vanilla iced coffee. And they forgot the third harsh brown. I called up and the manager didn’t really have the friendliest attitude either. “Do you want us to replace it? Okay. Don’t forget your receipt when most ppl don’t even take it.” No, I apologize. I can replace that for you. It was a mobile order so I have it on there too. The attitudes is the overall problem at this McDonalds. I’ve been friendly every time and so has he and we still get attitudes or looks or slammed window. I used to work there, I understand if I was a rude customer but I’m always nice to fast food employees bc I know the feeling. This is just getting ridiculous now. I know if I go up there to get my order fixed and get one of those attitudes, it won’t be good. Quite frankly, with all the bad reviews you guys keep getting, let’s get ahold of the attitudes and smug faces, yeah? Better customer services? Brighten up. Read moreI ordered a large mocha frappe with an extra shot of expresso and paid for and then was told to pull into spot two and I waited there. then someone came out and handed me a ticket with a refund with my money and walk back inside without saying anything to me ?an? So I go inside and see what is going on and I guess it was time for them to clean the machine, but it was at the time that I ordered it! So they didn't know I guess at the time I ordered it and it was just being cleaned, but it was the girl from the Cash register who brung out the money, Just didn't say anything really was offensive; but the manager not only told me to keep the refund, but gave another refund to me. I told her that I had already been given my refund, but gave me another refund... for my time and gas that I was waiting for my expresso!😳 Five star to that manager for my reimbursement! Ok; I put three stars just because you know that girl could have saved me time and money, just by being nice! Just let me know what was up! Read moreWent through the drive through right before going into work. Ordered two simple sandwiches as I didn't want to be late for work and had not eaten dinner yet. When I pulled up to the window after paying, they asked me to pull forward. I simply asked if I could stay at the window because everytime I've been pulled forward they take 10-15 minutes to bring out my food and I was in a hurry to get to work. I would have ordered something else had I known I would be pulled forward. Then the manager Ashley came to the window and threw money at me in my car, dumping the change outside my vehicle telling me there was my refund and I could leave now. I wasn't being rude or offensive in any which way, I simply didn't have the time to be pulled forward. This was a terrible experience for me with this manager named Ashley.
