Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Carolina

I made an order yesterday at 7:30pm, approximately and waited until 9pm to call back for follow up and noticed that they were already closed and of course I didn’t received my order. They didn’t bothered to call and tell me that the order was cancelled. I started to work a 13 hour shift without food because of them. And this is knowing that yesterday was Good Friday and almost everything was closed. This is unacceptable because I wasn’t a tourist with others options, I was working and unable to get out, to find anything open by that time. This was very inconsiderate on their behalf, not only for me but for other 3 people that were expecting a meal as well. This store needs their manager to be more aware of their employees. If they tell me we can’t take your order, it would’ve being ok, but taking the order and not delivering without cancellation it was very thoughtless and...

Don't waste your time unless you look like you live here. That's my impression based on our experience... (August 20, 2017 @ 6:30pm.) We (3) were seated right away and given menus. That's the extent of our visit. The place had approximately 6 tables seated with people. It's a big place (the largest Pizza Hut dining area we've ever been in). We watched others be seated, have their order taken, have a conversation with the host/server. We were ignored. After a few minutes we had laid our menus down, clearly having decided on what to order. We were not even asked for a drink order. After waiting nearly 15minutes without any further contact after being seated we got up and walked out (again, being ignored as we left). (A block away from Pizza Hut is Pizza City. Great place. The pizza was HORRIBLE! And I usually don't leave reviews let alone bad ones. Pizza is supposed to be juicy. The cheese falling off as you pull the slices. This Pizza looked like they pulled it out of the closet after a couple days and reheated it. It was DRY. Barely any marinara sauce. Literally room temperature. Cheese stiff like it was sitting for a while. Honestly think they just gave us a pizza that was already sitting there because NO WAY a fresh pizza is that dry. It was disgusting and really disappointing. The customer service was mid. Lady at the register clearly looked irritated to be there and the product showed the energy of the staff.
