Excellent food. The only problem I have is with the fries. I've worked at Wendy's before and noticed that people do not follow the correct process of serving the fries.
Dave's perfect standard fries have 5 minutes after they are pulled from the fryer before they are no longer fresh and need to be thrown out if they aren't already served.
If one basket of fries are thrown into the serving trey, you need to take one swipe across it with the salt shaker. If it's two baskets of fries in one serving trey, it's Two swipes back and forth. Then, you will properly mix the fries around to give all of them the salty flavor they deserve.
They need to stop throwing new batches of fries onto the older batches, as that contaminates the fresh batch with old and stail fries. ( I'm not saying it's this location that has done this, but I've experienced this in US Michigan during work hours, and it was my fellow co-workers not following the rules)

The employee at the drive-thru, short, overweight, with brown skin, has the most negative attitude I've seen in many years. I can't even comprehend how she passed the job interview, I just don't understand. I am not a Karen, and this employee was speaking with a completely hostile attitude. I asked for my burger without mayonnaise, and she gave it to me with mayonnaise. When I told her I had ordered it without mayonnaise because I am allergic, she snatched the bag from me and threw it away. Another employee grabbed a napkin and wiped off the mayonnaise, leaving residue. The employee returned it to me almost throwing the bag at me. From what I could perceive, the employee must have a mental illness in the way she was speaking or under the influence of some drug.
