Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Carpinteria

I like the sandwiches, but there must be a problem with me. Evey time I've come I've asked for one small change to one of the default sandwiches. For example a different meat or a different cheese. It's a straight substitution. I always end up walking out with a completely wrong sandwich. Today I didn't notice until I left I was charged for a giant when I clearly ordered a regular, and the toppings were wrong too. They made me a completely different sandwich from what I ordered. I guess I don't know how to talk to the employees. I say "Regular #5", they ask me a bunch of questions to which I answer "whatever comes on the #5, yes mike's way" and I leave with something I didn't ask for. I don't have this problem anywhere else and I'm out of ideas for how to get what I wanted so I don't really come...

I come here maybe 3 to 4 times a month, and I usually get the number 6 is my favorite, but anyway I came on Monday this past week and there two guys serving and one guy I noticed had been here awhile but this other kid was new to me , but they were downright rude to me, I didn’t like there service they asked me what I wanted on my sandwich and I told him and they both were kind of saying something under there masks chuckling about something while serving me!,So I will probably not go back?,But if I do I’ll make sure I dont go in when either one or the other isn’t there,So I give this establishment a 1, because that’s the lowest I can go!,so I hope they screen there employees a little better or train them better on...

Last time I came in here we all ordered drinks from the soda machine and as I am filling my cup with soda I realized that my cup is filled, just FILLED with ants. I turn and tell the cashier the soda machine has ants in it and she says I know...theres nothing we can do about it....Well, except, you could, I dont know, not sell people drinks?
