This place was great. My family has been vacationing at Carp for 35 years. We've eaten at many of the restaurants and have had good experiences and other experiences. My group had one of the namesake peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. You'll enjoy just reading what goes into the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Bacon, honey, lettuce, banana, and other ingredients in combinations that make it easy for the adventurous to try. The rest of us had salads, veggie sandwiches and meat sandwiches. Everything was delicious. The staff was kind and courteous. No eating space inside, but there was enough space outside the shop to sit the 9 of us. I would highly recommend...

The place is so underrated I’m Sandwich connoisseur guy. I had the super chicken sandwich the combination of the chicken, jalapeño, onions, Anaheim chills work together so well. I was in the area for a couple days and comeback three times. My daughters love it, they really enjoyed the egg salad and turkey on the range. The places has great portions and even better customer service, the is the definition of a great small business. They execute very well and take pride in their work....

The Hound Dog: sandwich with bacon, banana, honey, lettuce, and butter. No sausage, as I'd surmised from its name. But that's okay, it's adventurous enough as is. Affordable, quick & friendly service, and it turns out this is a delicious sandwich. If you seek a little variety with your food, or a lot of variety, check this place out.
