Belltree Cocktail Club — Restaurant in Carrboro

The Belltree is a cozy, elevated cocktail experience. The drinks are exceptional and diverse, and there’s something for every taste, whether you’re looking for a specific spirit or interested in a particular flavor profile. One of my favorite cocktails is the Tokyo Drift, which is salty, savory, and clean, involving flavors of tamari, miso, sake, and candied ginger. They also have a variety of classic cocktails on their menu, as well as familiar drinks with a different spin, like the Oaxacan Mule (another favorite of mine), which brings mezcal and orange bitters together with the citrus and ginger from a classic Moscow Mule. Every drink is absolutely gorgeous—they are presented with care for color, shape, and visual balance. The bartenders/mixologists are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind—they contribute to the warm and classy atmosphere as much as the drinks do. They are always patient with my curiosity! Very unique cocktail list with some classics and some new cutting edge recipes. The staff is very friendly. And the interior is a gorgeous green with accents of yellow! Giving 1960s mod fashion aesthetic to the place. There is even a small upstairs lounge for a more cozy vibe. There are areas you can park which is really nice as they are right off bustling Franklin St. I will say finding the place was a bit difficult as they are located in an old airplane hanger which just looks like a small warehouse. But I really appreciate the beauty of a refurbished industrial building as it holds a lot of history of the area. I will definitely go again and reccomend...

This cocktail bar has so much space which is nice. They do not really have a front facing appearance which can make it hard to find but just trust yourself and go in. They have three main seating areas including one on a second floor. The inside was cozy.
