BEWARE! Upon my 7 year old drinking the strawberry yogurt drink, he tells me something poked him in the mouth - A PIECE OF SHARP PLASTIC was grabbed out of his mouth. Thankfully he didn’t swallow it. I then asked for a manager only to be told the manager and owner were not present (unacceptable). They then proceeded to call the manager whose only solution was an “I’m sorry.” After leaving and telling them “I’m sorry” won’t cut it, I will be taking my son to the ER, posting a review and contacting the health department, the owner showed up. I was told that they had trouble with the plastic coming off the lids and they were waiting for new cups - if that’s the case DO NOT USE THOSE CUPS especially if this has happened before. DO NOT GET A DRINK FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Mozart CafĂ© is a great spot with a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of space. The cafĂ© is large, with both open seating and smaller, semi-private areas that are perfect for studying or getting work done. Their milk tea is excellent—smooth, flavorful, and not too sweet. The bakery selection is also impressive, offering fresh and delicious pastries that pair well with their drinks. However, the bing su was disappointing. The texture and flavor didn’t meet expectations, and it’s worth noting that fruit-based bing su is only available in the summer. Overall, Mozart CafĂ© is a great place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. While the bing su isn’t their strong point, the great drinks, bakery, and comfortable environment make it worth visiting.

I needed a place to do some work between meetings. To my pleasant surprise this place has semi private tables in archway type cut outs. There is a large booth in the corner that could easily fit 8-10 ppl. Wifi is super slow so I used my own hotspot but had to put my phone at the edge of the table to pick up signal since the tables are in those cut outs. The music is turned up so you don't feel strange talking on the phone since its not bothering your neighbor. The staff was helpful but I wouldn't say welcoming. The pecan cookie I had was crispy and meh, Green tea latte was good but not great. The bathroom needs to be cleaned and in desperate need of a new vanity. Overall a good place to work from or have a meeting.

They don’t have savory foods in the morning. It’s all sweets. All their lattes use whole milk. They DO NOT have an option for skim milk or almond milk. So if you are lactose intolerant (most Asians are), order the teas. I came in the morning to do some work but they blast the Korean music so loud that’s it’s hard to concentrate. So this is NOT a place to read or have a conversation with a friend at their booths. This is my second time coming in the morning. I thought of giving another try before putting up an honest review. The people in morning aren’t as friendly compared to Starbucks. They give the attitude of “what do you want?” As if I am wasting their time deciding on a non dairy drink. They don’t have the “may I help you with anything? You can’t find what you want well then how about this alternative?” type of attitude that is pleasing, welcoming, helpful and friendly. There’s a Tour Les jour on Hebron and Sam Rayburn Tollway that is a lot softer in music. People are gentle and accommodating. Atmosphere is everything when it comes to cafe restaurants. Sorry Mozart, for the amount of paying for your coffee and eating your “ok” bakery it’s not worth me praising of your place but to warn others. Thank you for reading. Have a...

I’m a loyal customer for years, their menu and drinks are always top notch but my experience today left me questioning whether to come back or not. I truly appreciate that mask mandates are still in place for this store but they only have that sign at the register when I came in, so most of the customers inside were not wearing any that led me not to wear one. When I reached the register, the cashier told me “just to let you know please wear a mask if you’re coming in our store” while pointing “wear a mask” sign only by his register. I apologized and of course understood what to do next time. While waiting for my order, there’s a customer who’s not wearing a mask standing infront of the order counter and started talking to the registrar while she placed my drink and food infront of that customer. Kinda defeats the purpose of asking somebody to put a mask on, right? While it seems like it’s okay to expose the food you already paid for somebody who’s not mask compliant either. Please provide the masks for your customers before they enter the cafe since this is your policy and make sure signs are visible at the entrance and on areas that exposes...

I’ve never been to a bakery that I just loved so much. This place was incredibly aesthetic from the get go with a wide, spacious interior and dark, cozy booths for guests to sit in. Its located in Korea town and so there is tons of parking for the entire plaza. They have a wide array of different breads, cakes, mousses, drinks, ect so I had a tough time picking out what I wanted. I ended up with melon bread, custard bread, and baby choo cream, and out of those I have to say I liked the baby shoo the best. I am not a fan of breads that have too much filling which is what I thought of the custard bread but some people are and I thought that it was really good regardless. I also got a green tea latte which was also really good. It wasn’t too strong on the green tea or milk and was well-blended unlike some other places that serve green tea lattes. Also, the booths here are built into the walls and have a single lamp up top which gives it a really intimate feel. There is also a bunch of outlets making this place the perfect bakery to catch up with friends or to...
