It was my first time coming here and I am never coming back. I ordered a Croffle with one scoop of Gelato. The croffle was burnt and so hard that I couldn't bite or cut through it with a plastic knife provided to me by them. The customer service wasn't good either. The employee was on the phone speaking with someone the whole time, even when I was trying to order she still was on the phone. She took about 30 minutes to make my order and I was the only person in the cafe. I was so close to leaving but I had already payed for it so I had no choice but to wait. I developed an addiction to crepes after visiting Paris and unfortunately these crepes are nothing like them. Here, it's more about the filling. Pretty sure they make the crepes ahead of time, because my crepe was not warm and was chock full of bananas with room temp Nutella. I wish they would make the crepes to order, so that the crepe itself is fresh and warm along with the toppings. Would taste much better if the Nutella was melty inside a warm fresh crepe.
