As soon as we arrived, the shortest Asian lady with very short hair was very rude and would throw our drinks at the table. When she brought us our order, she also threw them at the table and at the very edge. She only gave us one napkin per guest. During our time there, she never came around to ask if we needed anything else. She would pass by our table and ignore us. Oh but the audacity she had when the bill came and she was waiting for tips. When we didn’t leave any because of her horrible service, she started questioning us. The attitude she had when asking for her tips were similar to a homeless person demanding for money. A person only leaves tips to a person who had good service. Did she expect us to leave tips for her attitude? This is ridiculous. Shortly after leaving that place, my mother and I started having sharp pains in the stomach and we got ill. It is important to note that they perhaps reuse any food that other customers do not finish eating. In another occasion, this same lady reached across our table to take back to the kitchen some eggs that were part of our side dishes. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. Again, as references it is the shortest Asian lady that also has the shortest hair. What happened to my family can definitely happen to you or your family. Take precautions when...

The food is good, but the server is really really terrible. We had a bad experience tonight in this restaurant. My husband and I met with a friend who we haven't seen for years. First the server only asked me for what I want to drink. After I told her warm water, she brought warm water to everyone. When my husband asked for cold water, she gave him a look. Then she messed up our order. We kept waiting for one dish that she never placed order for us. In the middle of eating, she threw to-go box and bag on the dishes. At 9:26, she came to our table saying "we close at 10pm". There are still 3 other tables with people eating, she did not announce the close time to them. Then I heard she said to other server "they stayed too long" We arrived there around 7:30pm. I had to get up to ask for the manager, she said she is the manager. The owner came out and apologized, but when I asked for her name, the owner said "I don't know". Apparently the owner is not interested in listening to our complains. Needless to say, we will not recommend this...

My family and I loved the food menu options. The hot pots are so delicious. What we really hated was the customer service. They attendants always seemed rushed and want to rush you out. The waitress that took care of our menu hardly spoke a word in English and it was hard to understand what she was trying to explain. She didn’t come to check on us. We had to stop another attendant for refills. While we were still eating, the waitress brought us our check. My husband decided to give her the credit card payment while we were still eating. This was bad on our part. After he paid, we were being rushed to finish and get out because they had more people waiting for a table. We thought the waitress was joking asking us to leave but she was serious. We stayed and finished our food and chat. The staff was not happy but you can’t rush people after they paid and haven’t finished their food. That’s plain rude. I don’t care how good the food was, this is not a place that offers...
