Came for the rave reviews and wanted to love it, but SO disappointed in the gelato and service! The Ferrero Rocher was icy and watered down, the Milk & Oreo not any better. For $6, there're MUCH better gelato and ice cream options in Carrollton. The gentleman behind the counter acted like he hated his job: no greetings, no facial expressions. When I asked what's popular, he said coldly "all the flavors in the back" - so half the flavors (which is what I picked from). There was no one in line behind us, I mentioned it was our first time, and I didn't even ask to try any samples or waste his time. The cold service was utterly rude and unwarranted. My friend and I are those people that never know where to go when we hang out, but I saw this place on instagram reels and sent it to her thinking ‘we might go’ one day.. Today is that day and I’m so glad! Really delicious and super affordable ≈$7 for the craftsmanship and time the hard working crew gives you. It’s nice to walk into an establishment, and they were all hands on deck. It was busy, but the line was moving. We were even offered samples. They were so friendly. We had the three scoops - black sesame, jasmine milk tea, and taro coconut. My favorite was the jasmine milk tea. They also offer character decorations. There were few seatings inside and outdoor. It is attached to clawzania, and though it’s tight, you can walk around in there as well. Perfect place to spoil...
