Second time eating at at first watch… The servers do a great job and everyone is very friendly…
First visit I ordered their lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes which miss the mark … ricotta pancakes should be light and fluffy and these tasted regular pancakes with negligible lemon flavor. Tasted fine but not ricotta pancakes … I’m going to assume I misread the menu and they were blueberry pancakes
My second visit I ordered the Eggs Benedict… They weren’t bad they just weren’t good… If you can imagine, lemon drenched soft boiled eggs served cold with some type of shredded meat and a tomato slice on a hotdog bun… mushy mess… The adjacent salad was amazing fresh greens tossed in a light dressing (so good) .. just not enough to make up for what the plate is lacking
I left hungry…
The manager offered to pay but I had already paid … Then they tried to fix the problem by charging the person I was with for another Eggs Benedict… I’m still not sure how that was supposed to fix the problem…. Any ideas?
I personally love the decor, but the atmosphere is loud … like a cafeteria loud..
A friend of mine swears by this place and one thing I failed to miss was in my ordering choices in that she always gets the regular breakfast plate and, let’s face, how can you go wrong with eggs, bacon, and toast?
Long story short there’s a lot of hype with this place, but after my two experiences I don’t wanna waste a...
Read moreI visited this location for the first time on 8/21 and actually it was my first visit ever for the company. I have always been told to try First Watch because the food was so good and not one lie was told.
I was off that day and said I wanted to go try it and I was very excited. So happy for this location mainly because it’s close to me but that’s also dangerous. While looking at the menu I noticed the fall menu with a Honey/Hickory chicken potato hash bowl and it was soooo good. I could only eat half and took the rest home. My mom was also with me and she got I believe a regular breakfast plate with poached eggs, grain toast, potatoes and chicken sausage. We also shared the million dollar bacon(delish) and a single plain pancake(so good). I also ordered the dragonfruit drink and honestly that was my favorite part of everything, it was so refreshing and good. Our server was really good too, she let us sample it before I ordered one to go and unfortunately I didn’t remember her name but she served us on the patio 8/21 around 12:30pm she nice and attentive. I can’t wait to come back but I have decided I will only come in a day off. This place is too packed on the weekends which is good but I’ll wait for when...
