Had the absolute WORST service ever. I do not mind slow service, as long as it is good service. - We had a party of 9 and purposely went after the lunch rush. There was maybe 3 other customers in the restaurant and it took us 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Once our drinks arrived it took another 10 minutes to receive our salsa and chips and the cheese dip that was ordered along with our drinks. The cheese dip was cold and chunky and when asked to heat it back up our server snatched it out of one of the party members hands. It then was never brought back until our food was brought out almost 30 minutes later. We never got asked about drink refills nor did we receive them. One member of the party called and asked for a manager to be sent out to us, Our waitress came out and said " I heard you wanted to speak to a manager, Im the assistant manager. " She then began to argue with everyone when concerns were addressed. I asked who was above her and she informed me her manager " did not speak very good English" - After this she then threw all the parties receipts into the lap of one of them members and left. Safe to say they lost the business of 9 loyal customers. I have never had someone be so rude and...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Fiesta and it was a delightful experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The menu offers a wonderful variety of authentic Mexican dishes, and everything we ordered was bursting with flavor. The tacos were generously filled with delicious ingredients, and the enchiladas were cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and the presentation of each dish was beautiful. We also appreciated the range of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers alike. Overall, La Fiesta exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a vibrant atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine. We can't wait to come back and explore more...

We had a party of 10 pop in for an early dinner after a UWG graduation this past weekend. There were maybe 3 other tables of people when we arrived and very few new guests came in while we were there so they were pretty slow. It still took about 45 min to get our food. I had ordered the vegetarian fajitas and when they arrived there was steak and chicken in the dish; several pieces. So they took the meal back and brought it back out after I am pretty certain they just picked the meat out - as I still found a few small pieces of meat. (Kind of defeats the "vegetarian" part) And my sister ordered the fajita quesadilla meal and they brought out the wrong entrée then brought hers back on the SAME plate - they just removed the smothered burrito and put the fajita quesadilla on top of the melty cheese. The server - while sweet - was not very attentive and left us to request refills of empty...

Wanted to like this place, came in twice on different non-busy weekdays. The first time I ordered their Papas Locas (fries with melted cheese), and the fries were soggy. To drink i had a house margarita which was too sour and watered down. The second time I visited, I Ordered a Pork Torta and it didn’t include the cheese. Although cheese is a standard ingredient, here it has to be ordered with the three-meat torta. The pork was tasteless and had to add salsa and squeeze some lime from my drink to make it acceptable. The Modelo Negra Michelada was delicious, they balanced the ingredients well. The place is centrally located in Carrollton Square, the location is magnificent. Would return for drinks, but the food unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations. If planning on sitting outside I suggest getting your food in to-go containers, they have a fly problem.

First time visit. Extensive menu offerings. I ordered the combination Hard Taco, Enchilada, and Burrito. My wife had the Texas Fajitas. She had enough left over to have dinner tonight. My meal was filling. Chips and salsa was typical. Salsa is on the hot side. We also had a small Cheese Dip. The amount of chips was about right for the Salsa and Cheese Dip. According to the menu, additional Chips and Salsa cost extra. Overall it was a decent meal and we were satisfied. I would still highly recommend this location.

An okay experience, the waitress was attentive and all but the food was just not it. The drinks tasted a bit watered down and when I ordered fajitas the meat tasted a bit chewy. The atmosphere isn't all that great, and renovations should be made in this place. Also the chips are a bit stale and it kind of saddens that the quality of the place has insignificantly declined. Hopefully a couple changes are going to be made before the restaurant worsens.
