Have been coming to this Starbucks for several years. I tend to order ahead of time to avoid the rush in the mornings, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. The inside is clean, the employees are friendly, things are stocked more often than not. Downside is the lunch/protein boxes have gone way down in quality. I know it’s not the fault of this specific location, but it’s still their responsibility to look at product before selling them. I don’t want to run out of there in the mornings and find when I get to work that all the carrots are mushy, the apples are browning with only a couple slices to begin with, and that the half pb&j sandwich is about the length of 1 knuckle. These are expensive items that I only end up consuming about half of. Also occasionally they focus more on the drive thru than the walk-in customers, which can cause a bit of a stir and longer than necessary wait times. Overall it’s Starbucks. You know what you’re...
Read moreThe people here are nice and the drinks and food are good, but the reason for my lower rating is because every time I come to the drive-thru here, I am stuck in line for anywhere from 10-20 minutes. I am literally in line right now with one person in front of me, and it’s already been 3-4 minutes. One time I came through the line, had been waiting for like 15 minutes, and when I got to the window, I had to tell the girl my order again and they had to make my drink at that moment, even though I given my order like 15 minutes ago at the speaker. it seems as if they don’t make drinks ahead of time, and only make your drink once you get to the window, which is ridiculous. I’ve never experienced this at any other Starbucks. If they could only get this right, everything else...
Read moreUsually great place but today was not the best. First person who helped me inside was cold and rude, acting upset that I wanted a “custom order” (it was a shaken espresso with some cinnamon). She then handed me off to someone else without a word to me. Sarah was great and took my order, super chill and easy. I forgot my sandwich after I left so I came back in asking about it because I knew I forgot it. I didn’t blame anyone and all I did was say that I ordered a sandwich but forgot to wait for it. Some nice man asked the mean lady if she had it over at the warming station, and she yells “I called for Sarah already awhile ago!” Please don’t come at me so defensive. It’s too early for snobbery and I haven’t even had my caffeine yet. May want to rethink some of...
