Disgusting. I spent almost $60 on 3 meals, and we got molded ranch, which we didn't know was molded until we dipped our fries into it. Oh and our shriveled up chicken strips that we only got 4 of. And then my husband goes to take a bite of his chili dog and got a nice bite of mold just to see that our hot dog buns were molded as well. Then when I drove across town to get a refund since everyone lost their appetite in fear of what we would find next. They wanted to refund me for the molded food only. They wanted to give me a whole $5.76 back. I asked for a refund of everything so we could purchase food somewhere else..but still only wanted to refund me $5.76.
Update: The big wigs contacted me to ask me the situation. Which was nice that they responded so quickly and showed concern. So... After spending $60 on food no one wanted to eat due to molded bread and curdled ranch (which she tried to tell me their ranch is usually clumpy but she's not the one that had a mouth full of it... They sent me a DQ gift card for a whole whopping $20. Like a kick in the shin. Probably going to sell the gift card. I'll never eat there again and I won't ever recommend anyone to eat there. I've reached 2000...

More and More lately we are starting to get disappointed in the way people are treated when ordering food or in our case attempting to order food.
My fiance sat in the drive thru at the ordering menu for 20 mins waiting for someone to come on and give their normal "Welcome" message. However it never happened. It was 8:45pm on a Sunday and there was two employees in the building with the lobby lights off and no one answering their headphones.
When my fiance drove up to the window he attempted getting the employees attention when they looked at him they turned around and walked away from him giving him dirty looks... as if my fiance had the audacity to have them help him.
I do not know what this world is coming to but we are very unhappy with being treated like us making them money is unimportant to them.
Without customers they don't have a paycheck. 🤷♀️ It's a compromisable relationship and shouldn't be too hard to do. Guess working is now a thing of the past and the "employees" are just empty shells with zero humanity...
Read moreAt 52 years of age it's a safe bet that I've eaten and every restaurant and fast food place in Carson City. However it's very rare that I walk into a place to eat and I am taken back by the cleanliness well that is this place Not only was the food good but the place was spotless and I'm not just talking about a clean table I'm talking about the condiments on the table being accessible to the customer instead of having to get up and go find them the ketchup bottle the mustard bottle the napkins the holder they sat in everything was clean the chairs the floor the walls I mean everything I even went into the bathroom just to see and lo and behold spotless a very rare occurrence when going into what is classified as a fast food place so a definite congratulations to whoever is in charge of making sure that place shines because they're doing a fine job of making sure that is part of the norm as I went in 4 different times in two weeks. Again...
