Centro Market — Restaurant in Carson City

I had a terrible experience trying to reach the person I was instructed to call multiple times, but he was unavailable. It was to place a Thanksgiving party food order, and The woman who answered the phone call provided very poor customer service and was disrespectful, ungrateful, and impolite. She even displayed a strong dislike for my voice, yet not knowing who was attempting to place an order. She seemed to lack education and did not seem concerned about the proper functioning of their business. I was highly disappointed with the phone call customer service they had employed. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience while placing an order over the phone. While speaking to the rude woman I was conversing with, she suddenly left me hanging for over 2 minutes on the phone, and the person on the other end started talking to her. This is not the level of customer service I expect as an essential customer. I will be looking elsewhere for a more reliable service. This is an excellent way to squash down the business and prevent it from flourishing. Sopes are not served as it should be. The chef placed the sope with beans, meat, and cream and then, on top of them, they threw an entire salad with lettuce, big slices of tomatoes and onions. That is not a sope. Please, with all the respect, google a sope recipe and follow it. It’s awful to buy a fake sope. We’re looking for the authentic Mexican food. I promise you that the recipe was less complicated than what you served to us. The salsas were not hot at all. The chicharrones were ok and the ceviche tostada fine. We bought bolillos and ham. I’ll tell you later about the choco flan and the sweet camote. I will still come back because this store is awesome, full of Hispanic yummies. You will not get rid of me. I support Latin businesses. Trying to get help at the counter for the food is a complete joke. They are normally pretty busy but like most stores they ignore food delivery and anyone else standing patiently waiting for their food. I guess the food here is tasty but the service is just way to slow for anyone trying to do things in regular time. I’d stay away from orders here is you are a Gigi worker because with only going to crush your bottom line. If your in the area you might take these orders but it’s only for dead times because they give no shots about...
