Firehouse Subs Carson Hwy 50 — Restaurant in Carson City

Bought 2 of the same sandwich, no special instructions, super simple order. 2 turkey bacon ranch sandwiches. We got the bacon, got the ranch, but they forgot the turkey. Girlfriend calls and they have a "that sucks" attitude over the phone. Drive back to get the remakes and all we get is attitude. The manager didn't want to deal with it so one of the high school girls thought she could teach me a life lesson, when they can't even put turkey on a turkey sandwich. I would avoid at all costs. Yesterday, I ordered two turkey bacon ranch sandwiches, and when I got home, there was no turkey on either sandwich. My girlfriend called and was upset, for obvious reasons. When I showed up at the store, I was met with an attitude. They made it seem like I shouldn't be asking them to fix my food. Then they proceeded to take 20 minutes to do so while one decided to give me life coaching lessons and the rest gossiped around the corner. They don't know how reflections work and thought I couldn't see them. I asked for a manager and was told she was too busy. I then asked for a refund, and the girl told me no. Not that she couldn't do it, straight up "No." The manager finally showed up and the entire time was just letting me know that she made the sandwich and what not, as if she did something to it when making it. She had the whole crew with her, packed in that little drive-thru window so they could watch the scene. I'm guessing my girlfriend and I got spit...

We ordered 2 sandwiches. One on gluten free bread (which they only have available about 30% of the time), the other was on wheat, and asked to add bannana peppers. When we picked up the order, my wife check the regular sandwich, and ONCE AGAIN, NO peppers were on the sandwich. The manager insisted they were under the cheese. And gave us a small cup with peppers. When we got home, sure enough, no peppers were on the regular sandwich, but they put the peppers on my wife's Gluten Free sandwich (ruining her meal). This is a constant at this store, the employees DO NOT CARE about make sandwiches the way they are ordered! The amount of times our order is correct from this Carson City store is at best 25%. Missing ingredients , receiving the complete wrong order, seldom receive pickle spears (even when we specifically ask for them). Firehouse keeps raising prices (4 times in the last year), but service and quality contiune to get worse. I suggest management look at this store and the employees, by reading reviews, we not the only customers that...

Very disappointing experience. I came in to see a small line. The cashier was next to the register but apparently had something more important to do than help or even greet customers which is not how customer service works... you wait for the customer, the customer doesn't wait for you. Finally, on her time she assisted. Everyone was offered a pickle though it turned out later that there were no pickles to even offer. I ordered my sandwich with no mayo (though I was never asked if i wanted it or not). My sandwich was given to a doordash guy by a worker with dirty looking hair and then taken back and then left to get cold before eventually calling me. The sandwich didn't have mayo... or BBQ sauce, in fact it had nothing but meat and cheese. For 20+ dollars a pop for a mediocre dry sandwich chips and a drink I can...
