Taco Bell — Restaurant in Carson City

The food was surprisingly delicious when I went some time ago. I had an odd craving, when I hadn't had any fast food tacos for over 3 years or so and was satisfied by the three tacos and burrito that I purchased. It all hit the spot, paired with their Diabolo Sauce (that sauce was quite interesting. It bites back more than good old Fire).

They were awarded 3 stars for service not because they were slow or rude. It was mostly about their not providing curbside service. Also, they close their restaurant far earlier than I like. I had similar cravings at least 3 times that I can recall, and usually later in the evening. Being deaf, going through the drive through is not an option for me. I went to the door those times, expecting to be able to satisfy an itch. But those times I went elsewhere to places that know how to treat a customer.

I wonder why they feel it necessary to lock the doors so early in the day? That is...

Horrible service, they had the lobby closed due to “low staff” with literally an entire crew of 5 people (I’ve known people who ran the store with 2 people FLAWLESSLY) and still managed to waste 30 minutes of my time remaking a simple nacho fry TWO TIMES. The first time they were handed to me completely cold, then the second time they gave us a small instead of the large that we had ordered. So I requested a refund since I’m not tryna play games with my money, time, or food. And when I brought the refund up, the bratty manager took less than a minute to deliver the correct order.

That manager needs to be fired for lack of training and improper management. There’s no reason why I should be given the wrong order twice while your employees sit on the countertops gossiping...

Everything was neatly packed in the bag and our mobile order was ready for pickup on time. All of the food was made correctly with every modification we added, but we were missing two cheese roll ups. So double check that you have everything in your order before you leave the store. We didn't realize we were missing items until we got home unfortunately.

This taco bell is pretty popular but the line moves really fast. The staff is also pretty friendly.

The strawberry lemonade is by far my favorite drink to order in the summer because it's super refreshing. The Mexican pizza with grilled chicken instead of beef is also delicious. Same with the Nachos Bellgrande with grilled chicken, guacamole, and extra nacho sauce. And as always, the Cinnabon delights...
