Wendy's — Restaurant in Carson City

I went to the drive-thru on a Saturday just before noon. There was a short line and not many cars in the parking lot. I placed my order of a Wendy's double meal upsizing to large fry and large chocolate Frosty along with a frosty Junior as I have the key tag. The cashier informed me the cost was $11.00 and change and for me to pull forward. When I got up to the window I gave them my credit card and they rang up 19.25 so I said that that was not the correct price. After discussing it they refunded $6 and change which I told them it should be more like eight dollars. After about 5 minutes of discussion I had an appointment to get to so I told them I would accept the $6 and change and they were going to give me a receipt along with my food. I sat there for another 5 minutes and finally had to go to my appointment so I left the facility without any food or receipt. I did email corporate Wendy's which I never heard anything back. I used to enjoy eating at Wendy's but I will never return to this...

Pretty bad. For a month now of going to this location it's been crap. I'm tired of it. I'm going to stop going here. Either I order my food and it's cold or it's soggy. Today I ordered a davis double with no tomatos and pickles. With two orders of 10 chicken nuggets one spicy on non spicy. I asked for BBQ sauce with them. I also ordered three drinks. One ice tea, sprite, and a all natural lemonade. When I received my order. They forgot the sprite and BBQ sauce. When we went to eat the food the fries tasted like they were heated up or old. My burger was a single patty even though I bought a double. They also put pickles on my burger and I asked for non. Then there was so much sauce on it that it became a mess. The buns were also soggy. When we pulled up, we parked to go in but we parked at an angle away from the door. It was horrible to find. After a rather interesting juant to the other side of the building and back looking for the door, we finally found it to enter into a empty building. No customers. Odd. Okay. We ordered and the service was acceptable. We went to get our drinks then Ketchup, napkins and straws. Headed to the table and just about to sit the order is ready. That is very timely service. However, the order was askew. Not bad. But not what we wanted either. Then we started to look around the place was rather dirty. Overall 3 stars because it was aggravating to get into the building. The rest was good...
