Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Cary

Gave it an extra star because Brandon was so nice, but the lack of professionalism I received from the cafe attendant (I don’t want to name drop her but she was the blonde pregnant one) was appalling. I ordered a side of guac (specifically how I asked for it) with my bowl because I had a reward for a free side of guac with the purchase of an entree. It was rung up as an add-on which is why I’m assuming the register didn’t take it off, but when I went up to ask for a refund because I wasn’t supposed to get charged for it, this woman comes and interrupts me and tries to tell me I’m wrong (my husband previously tried talking to her and he got blown off with “you have your side of guac don’t you?”). When she tried to argue with me and I kept trying to offer a solution (refund me, ring me up the right way, and use the reward), she said “I’m not doing this” and stormed off. In the middle of dinner rush, I completely understand not being able to help in the moment, but nobody would even glance my way when I asked if anyone would just help me get a refund on the dang side of guac. Then I asked who the supervisor was, and the nice man at the ToGo screen told me Brandon and we asked if we could speak to him when he had a moment, no rush (because again, me being a manager in the food service industry, I understand understaffing and overworking). We went and sat back down and Brandon came over to us super apologetic and offered the refund on the guac, but we didn’t even want the refund at that point, we just wanted someone to listen to what we just experienced. She was moved to the register immediately after and then snapped at a customer just asking if they had any forks. I highly suggest...

I have stop by at chipotle after the movies and I wanted to grab a burrito, when I walked in they were in a process cooking the veggies, and I looked what else they had I asked the dude I want a veggie burrito and he was about to serve the scrap leftover when you already have some cooking , I asked him how long for veggies he said 5-10 minutes I said ok I’ll wait, dude gave me an attitude cause I didn’t want the scraps , so dude served more ppl till veggies gets ready, by the time I reached the counter dude was rude and I paid for order when I could’ve leave due to bad service, when you know you should stock up to make sure there’s enough for the next customer but instead wait to the last minute to do it, so I got cup to serve my own drink I noticed they were out of sweet tea I went to the counter to let them know they out I asked them how long for the sweet tea a white young manager said 30 minutes, it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make it, instead he gave me a rude attitude and because I disturb him from chatting with their workers he didn’t felt like making any tea when most people don’t drink soda like that..they were so rude and unprofessional .Anytime they not busy should check what’s out and stock up so the customer can be happy with there service So customer can return back Cause without customers they won’t have a job to work for There’s service suck including the manager too I won’t go here again Starbucks next to them is much better I love their service that’s why I go there twice a day to...

Ok so this is kind of a 2 part review..it has good, and it has some alarming bad. My co worker and I went to Chipotle for lunch today around 1230. It wasn't as busy as I expected which was good. I decided to get a chicken burrito bowl, with veggies black beans, and white rice, with sour cream, salsa lettuce and cheese. It was GREAT! The chicken was seasoned beautifully and it was a great sized portion. Ok cool right? Here's where the bad comes into play. My friend and I are in mid conversation and his jaw drops, he says "hurry turn around". As I turn around I see literally, and I mean literally, the biggest cockroach I have ever seen in my life walking casually across the dining room. One of the customers who was with his daughter saw it as well and smashed it and it died. Manager was notified, came out swept it up, boom. Acted like nothing happened. The bad thing was I just finished eating and then I see that. After that I started looking around and noticed that the dining area was very dirty. The floors had a bunch of food on them, like it hasn't been swept in at least an hour or two.
