Liza was a total B :( rude, unhelpful, and stingy? I asked for extra dragonfruit pieces in a separate cup and she literally scooped 4 pieces. If I’m asking for extra, I’m asking for EXTRA. They actually made me a grande by accident at first, but Ella (I think her name was) said they would remake it and I could keep the grande :) But when LIZA saw I had the grande she said “oh did you want the venti?? Ok I can take that one and remake it for you ^^” …no…I’m keeping the accidental one you made, and I’ll keep the correct one too thanks. Otherwise it would just get thrown out…I never understand workers who try so hard to overcharge the customer + only give them what they paid for. There’s not more money going in your pockets if you take that grande back and throw it away. There’s not more money going in your pockets if you only give a few extra pieces of what the customer asked for. She definitely ticked me off, and I won’t be coming back here again. She gave me so much attitude when I asked her to give me more than FOUR tiny inclusions. She even put a cap on it, probably in hopes that I wouldn’t notice how little she gave me. TLDR: there needs to be more Ella’s and LESS LIZA’S

I go to starbucks often and stay and chat with friends or to chill and get some work done but it has become apparent that starbucks does not prioritize dine in customers. When I came in, I was greeted by impatient staff who were more focused on the drive through line than the one almost to the door. This is ussually common around peak rush so I decided to just sit down and get some work done but I realised the chairs and tables were dirty and sticky from prior customers. I thought not much of it since it was busy so I just cleaned it up with napkins and sat my stuf down. My breaking point was after I got a drink and food and saw the state of cleanliness the team at this starbucks is confortable with leaving the dining area in. There was a HUGE dead cockroach by my feet. It was not only a fright but also disgusting seeing the state of things at this location. I saw that their cleanliness rating was high so I initially felt confortable dining here but after seeing how it was today, I'll think twice before coming here again.

I have been a dedicated patron of the Starbucks at Crossroads Cary for the past two years, and my consistent visits have left me thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and commendable work ethics exhibited by the staff. I was here doing some work on my laptop with my headphones one. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and I enjoy my drink. The baristas offered a sample of a dragon refresher drink that was delicious. It was served in a Starbucks logo shot cup. The baristas are great- very enthusiastic and excited about their job! Love it!

However, the manager / supervisor not so much- area for improvement with people skills. Around 4:30pm a lady in a pink cardigan / sweater approached me informed me that the indoor seated area will be closing in 30 minutes (5PM) for a gathering that will take place for an hour. She shared with me that she would like me to leave within 30 minutes. I verbally acknowledged her. She went around informing the other customers in the seated area in groups. At 4:49pm, she (pink sweater - possibly manager?) approached me and demanded I pack up my things and leave now since the seating area is closed. I then proceeded to ask her "I have a couple more minutes", she stormed off and ignored me. She then approached a couple, a male and female, that she had previously approached at 4:30pm about the 30minute reminder, and said the same thing; she demanded them to pack up and leave since the area was closed - it was 4:49pm. When the lady said "yes, we have 10 minutes" the manager / pink sweater lady responded "the area is now closed" and stormed off. Very...
