My first Cook Out experience and it did not disappoint! If you’re a first timer like me, be sure to look up the menu ahead of time because there are SO many options and combos. If I decided at the drive thru, I probably would have panicked and just ordered anything. Speaking of the drive thru, there are two lanes but the structure is weird because for one of them, the audio is on the passenger side. Makes me wonder how one would order if they were driving alone. We each ordered a tray and I had the double cheeseburger with fries, chili, and a cheer wine (also my first time - reminds me of a cherry Dr. Pepper). Everything was up to typical fast food standard. The chili was pretty good especially when using it to dip fries. We ordered 4 trays in total for everybody and our order was correct. It’s fast and it’s cheap but definitely not something to be eating too often. Definitely a once in a while treat. I also didn’t feel TOO greasy after. I tried some of my husband’s strawberry shake and it was way too sweet for me. FYI - This location does not have any seating (I’m not sure if others do) so we took it to a park nearby that had some picnic tables.

Near the end of the week, there's lines out on the road which is a dangerous concern and they should be forced to move their business to larger land or hire more people. This was my first and last time here. It would be nice if the person taking my drive thru order wasn't laughing the whole time. What was so funny? You're taking a customers order. Of course, they got my order wrong. With her laughing with coworkers and her attention not 100% with the customer would result in this. Since I was given the wrong things, of course I paid more than I was given. So much was missing. I got several plates and they were all wrong. This is regarding the plate in the photo. My chicken nuggets there should've been 5, the fries didn't even have their own mini bag, they were just thrown in there. You couldn't see it but the burger was plain despite me listing the condiments I wanted. Was gonna call for the manager, but I could tell it was just another worker pretending to be the manager. Managers aren't irresponsible 16 year olds. Nice try.

Wow! I wish we had these in Florida. This is a fantastic burger joint with lots of delicious options that you usually don’t find in a drive through. And the prices are phenomenal! You get your sandwich of choice, two sides and a large drink for only 5.25. You really can’t beat that. And the burgers taste like real beef not cheap and artificial. They have different side choices other than fries like onion rings, cheese curds and chili. Yum! And they have everything from burgers, pulled pork, hotdogs and corn dogs. The service was good and fast. And although everyone customized their burgers every one came out correct which is amazing these days. Follow me on ig @sweet_maloy. Bottom line is I’d definitely return. #askSweet

I usually enjoy Cookout, if I did have an issue it wasn't anything major and was resolved promptly but tonight was my absolute worst experience ever and I can't even begin to explain how disgusted I am with that location and staff. I go there with a friend after we got done giving them praise and talking about how good the food is compared to other fast food establishments around the area. We got there, and ordered two separate orders, he ordered first then I ordered my my meal. The lady at the widow gave us the wrong amount due for the first order $5.90 which should have been $6.28 (less than what it should've been by 38 cents which is nothing because we would have happily have paid it) but when it came to my order she didn't had what I asked for. I gave her a $20 she gives me back $8 and some change and tells me still I owed $5.90 I explained that I just gave her money and she said that was for my extra honey mustard wrap and she said it was $1.62 and I still had to pay. I was confused but I gave her a $5 bill and a $1 bill and looking at my money I saw I was short ,so my friend pulled over to a parking space we looked at all the receipts and I took a screenshot of his transaction history and I took them up to the window. I try to explain to a manager that since I worked at fast food before I understand sometimes you can't hear people through the speaker box that mistakes and accidents happen, I wasn't mad but I was missing money. I showed him the screenshot, all the receipts and was calm trying to explain that I was missing money. The young lady comes up and tells me that she gave me a $10, $5, $3 and some change and I told her that I didn't receive a $10. She asked me for my phone #, which I gave and I think they might have done a drawer count or just checked the receipts and or just the cameras I'm not sure what they did exactly. I waited for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, by that time I called my friend up and asked did he see a $10 Bill where I was sitting and explaining the situation to him, I asked him to being my food around because at that point I was no longer hungry and and was becoming quite angry with the situation. I walked at from the front window to get my food out of the car I just wanted my money back I didn't care about anything else or credit, I get back to the front and the lady was holding a $10 bill and said that someone found it just laying down. I went through the drive so I didn't get out, multiple vehicles went through the same land as we did, I checked near the window where the money could have fallen and came up with nothing (3 minutes before someone found it) the ground is dark a wet and hard to see even with LED lights so you're telling me that someone found $10 dollars on the ground in a drive through lane and decided to turn it in. How do you see money on the ground that several other vehicles ran over, that I missed and the money be completely dry. I tried to give the lady my food and she asked what do you want me to do with it, I told her it was cold because of all the waited and her response was that's not my problem. I left biting my tounge with the food because I had a migraine and I need to eat...

I work here for a week and they acted like I was the worst thing senice 911 worst experience and job ever What really happened was? I was hired in works for a week. I did not have the correct shoes. Non-slip. I needed a paycheck to be able to get those shoes due to life life and not having money just starting out. I'm 20 on my own. I have a dog and Gabe. The manager told me to go get shoes with the paycheck. I was handed 160. What's this left? Got the shoes next day and they told me to go home. So the next day I texted, I called and nothing the next day I did the same thing and nothing so I went up there and threatened the Sue or file for unemployment. Because you know, you can't have no job with a house and dog and they just want to play around, they told me to come in today. Wednesday, October 1st at 6 AM I showed up y'all weren't even open, so y'all gave me false time when to show up to be there. Wasted my. Time. Unexcusable. Unexcusable, and I'm sorry for my reply a little. But I appreciate the owner reaching out to me. I'm sorry I had to be this...
