Andrea, Michael, Matthew, Anna, Unique, and Nick all have wonderful customer service and they're great people. Andrea and Michael have great customer service skills, in the dining room, and I would know because I'm the owner of the son of Teriyakin' and I'm the front end manager. Our team has supperb customer service skills and we ensure that. Anyways, Michael has people skills, he's like a social butterfly. Andrea is very humble and soft hearted, she will capture you with her friendliness. As for the team, I hope they stay the team they are and if anyone separates them, they don't know how to form a good team. I do have a couple of problems with this place, they always run out of iced coffee, but they seemed to be on it because now if they're out it comes out right away. The main concern I have, that corporate doesn't care about is the men's bathroom. There's a big gap where anyone sits, including kids, and directly where the private parts of a person sitting would be. The sink is on the left side of that gap, basically, anyone can see into that big gap, whether they wash or dry their hands. I contacted corporate many times about this issue, but Panera Bread really doesn't care if my nephew is at potential danger from being seen by a pedifile! I posted pictures of the bathroom and I guess corporate has enough power to have them take it off of Google. How corrupt is that? I wrote a honest review and posted honest pictures, but the big guys get to cheat. Something's very wrong! On the bright side...I love the Iced Coffee and the customer service here, they treat you as if you're a friend. Read morePanera Bread has consistently been our go-to dining spot, particularly the location at 2234 Walnut St. Our favorite choice is the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich, which we order around 99% of the time. Regrettably, our recent experiences have left us disappointed, particularly over the last four visits.
During the past three visits, we encountered issues where essential ingredients like Avocado or sweet chili pepper were unavailable. Despite being informed beforehand about these shortages, we opted to proceed with our orders. Nonetheless, it's disheartening since we've shown loyalty to the establishment by consistently choosing them, and not receiving the precise items we look forward to feels like a letdown.
I still feel compelled to award Panera Bread a full 5-star rating because of the countless satisfying experiences we've had here over the years. The restaurant has provided us with wonderful meals on hundreds of occasions. However, I can't disregard the disappointment we've felt during our most recent four or five visits.
In summary, although we're extremely grateful for the usual excellence of this restaurant and the positive memories it has given us, our recent encounters have left us wanting. We remain hopeful that our future visits will recapture the exceptional standards we've come...
Read moreI visit this location twice this week. I was in there today around 2:00 used the Kiosk to order my Roasted Turkey Apple Cheddar Sandwich. I waited about 25 minutes for my sandwich.. There were 3 customers behind me. All three received their food wayyy before I did. I looked over noticed the manager Chris, I asked why is it taking so long to make my sandwich? I thought using the Kiosk would be quicker. He said well there are two people in the back making food each one of them has a separate task when it comes to preparing food.. I said 3 people received their food way before I did. He was like um ok? I said to him maybe next time I'll just stand in line and not use the kiosk since it isn't quicker.. He said well maybe you should stand in line next time with a attitude. I said I'm done talking to you about it.. As I was leaving he said have a nice day with a smirk on his face. He saw clearly I was upset waiting half of my lunch time waiting for a sandwich. I will never visit Panera Bread again.. This was the worst service I've ever received.
