We love Red Robin, but don't live near one like we have in the past. The closest one to us is 45 minuted away in Fayetteville or this one... an hour away in Cary. We were near by from seeing and getting pictures with Santa, so decided to stop in. We arrived 10 minutes before 5pm, early enough to get a table for 5 before dinner rush hit. We were looking forward to it, as we haven't had it in a while. Our host was very sweet and we were seated right away, although she had to wipe the table down as it was cleaned off... but hadn't been wiped. It wasn't busy, we literally were at our table within a minute. We then waited until 5:25pm before our waitress arrived... and the only reason she came then... was because I called her through the table device and was having trouble because I couldn't order my kids food through it. She came and took our drink and entire food order and apologized for it taking so long. We ordered our 3 kids juice and soft drinks, my husband and I got waters and a bottomless root beer float. She forgot the straws, then when asked she brought straws and forgot longer straws for the big float... so we made due with the way smaller straws. We got our food... and she forgot the garlic bread that came with my salad, my chili and extra ranch for my salad. We asked her for refills at that time as well and ketchup. And I couldn't even start eating... as we had no utensils on the table. I sat and waited for 10 minutes to see or wave her down, then had to resort to finally pushing call server on our table device. She came and left saying she forgot to put those items in and they'd be out right away, then left again to get me utensils to eat my salad. She returned and was like.. do you guys need any refills. We asked her again for refills and ketchup. We got refills... the root beer float was in a tiny glass as she said there were no clean cups... we never got the ketchup or extra ranch. Horrible waitress!! The service was worse than going through a fast food drive through... at least when our order isn't ready, we pull aside and they being it out to our car...and the cost is less than half the price!! The service here was so terrible... we will never return to...

Read moreIf I could give this location no stars I would ! My sister , brother , nephew , niece and I visit today for Father’s Day after church around 1:15. It wasn’t busy at all ! As we sat down it took the waiter maybe 5 mins to take our drink order.once she took our drink order it took her maybe another 5min to bring our drink to us . She then left our table without asking if we were ready to order or not . She finally came back and we placed our order , and I asked for some fries for our table while we wait on food since we had kids at the table that was getting restless and hungry . My family and I sat at the table talking and looking around to figure out why our waiter never got our fries and refilled our drinks . After observing we clearly seen it WAS NOT HER FAULT ! she was the only one out on the floor taking orders . This location was low staff and the employees that were in the back wasn’t trying to help the waitress at least with tables . The manager would bring out drinks but not really helping with the food or orders . There were two families who left and several who were upset around us .our waitress was trying her best literally and was sweating like crazy trying to do it all herself . it became stressful to her that a cook got into an argument in the back calling her all kinds of names just because she screamed that she needed fries to our table that we never got . I blame the management of this location for not having the proper training to better run this Red Robin . At the end of the day the managers that day need to fired because it starts there, not to mention the general manager was there and didn’t come out to help until our waitress and cook got into an argument which almost led to a fight . We left there without being fed at 2:30 and had to eat somewhere else ! THIS LOCATION HAS TO DO BETTER OR NEED TO CLOSE POINT...
