Who ever is working at Pizza Hut tonight. Needs to learn some manners.
I called the store after my pizza showed up burnt . I politely told the lady my pizza was black and asked for a new one, and the lady who answered was super rude with an attitude and didn’t even ask me any questions and said it was because it was ordered with no cheese. Yes I did that by accident but the pizza was black because it had such a small amount of marinara on it it didn’t cover 10% of the pizza and was black because it was burnt crust on 80% of the surface of the pizza. Not burnt sauce or pepperonis burnt crust. It had such a small amount of sauce and pepperonis on it that most of the pizza had nothing on it at all. She didn’t even give me a chance to explain anything and was very combative . The lady that was taking my call automatically had an attitude with me like she was upset she was at work I don’t even care about the pizza or the refund but the lady who answered the call at 7:59 needs to go through some training on how to answer the phone after it rings. Also learning how to not have an attitude right off the gate.
I don’t even care that the pizza was accidentally ordered with out cheese which is my fault I’ll own that . Doesn’t matter if had cheese or not. No pizza should ever be sent out BLACK like this. Who in their right mind even thinks this okay need to be trained again.
Her excuse to was “it doesn’t have cheese so it’s gonna be burnt”
Okay no cheese is the first thing to be burnt in the pizza and if you look at the picture the pepperoni is burnt too . Okay so the bread is burnt cause of the no cheese so the pepperoni shouldn’t be burnt or the sauce.
I understand mistakes happen at places and it’s no big deal normally things are dealt with without a attitude from whoever the lady was who answered the phone . Who once again had an attitude from the time she answered the phone.
Pepperoni’s should never be burnt anyway. This is not edible, doesn’t have sauce.
I always ordered from this store and I have never once have ever been sent a pizza that was this burnt. Or treated this way.
Whoever also thought this pizza was okay needs to be trained again as well.
I will be contacting corporate because the attitudes from this store right off the bat before I even try to speak and even interrupting me is unacceptable.
Edit: also please tell me how the associate who answered my husbands called said he wasn’t a manager, just to double back and say he was a manager.
Also we both spoke to the store manager, granted I yelled at her when I wasn’t going to be even listened to and talked over. I know yelling is never the answer and I do apologize for that but when I started the call off as nicely as possible because the pizza I got was not edible.
However, when my husband called he was very polite and was just trying to fix the situation to which he was met with being spoken over and yelled at by the store manager. The answers the other manager gave were contradictory.
The missing cheese is not the issue to why this pizza was burnt (pepperonis were burnt too)

I placed a scheduled delivery order online, contactless because I've ordered that way since that option was available. This was the first time ordering from this store aa I recently moved here. At 5, no pizza showed up, so I waited 15 minutes just because I figured it was nothing out of the ordinary (it's Christmas weekend, after all). After 15 mins, I called, and initially was met with understanding. However, the phone was handed to a woman who says she was the manager, who began being extremely instigative and dismissive of everything I was saying. At this point, I was attempting to find the pizzas we ordered (a $60 order including tip, no less) at neighboring buildings, and found the pizzas multiple buildings over from ours. I stated this to this manager, who then started yelling "What's the story?" over and over again like I was attempting to fabricate the situation. I explained that I had to walk multiple buildings over to one of the other "205" units (every building in the complex has an apartment numbered 205), and she proceeded to ask if I wanted new pizzas sent- CONTINGENT on me providing the original pizzas. I attempted to ask if I could get some kind of reimbursement (even just the delivery tip or fee, I don't want free food), but was promptly hung up on. I attempted to call back with the same phone but they didn't pickup- as soon as I tried my husband's phone they picked up. I attempted to diffuse and explain I just wanted to rectify the situation and find a way to not let this happen in the future, bit the same manager began to say I was wasting her time and she had other customers she would rather be serving. I ended up hanging up due to how incredibly rude she was being, as I do not feel this individual deserved my time at that point anymore than she felt I deserved hers'.
Do better Pizza Hut, and maybe fire the woman who was claiming to be manager the evening of...
Read moreI will start by saying the food was good. However, the service I received is causing the 1 star and me to never return in the near future. I placed an online order and was told 15-20 minutes. I received an email saying it would be ready at 6:20. I get there about 6:20, stand there for about 10 minutes while one girl is taking care of a customer but the other girl is standing there doing absolutely nothing. Apparently she couldn't use the register yet, but she had no care for me or the person behind me, didn't say a single word to us apologizing for the wait or letting us know what was happening. Finally get helped and when I say I have a pick up order and have to explain I already paid online, I am told I have to wait. It is now almost 6:40. Finally get my food and was given no apology or anything. I walk out of the store and call them to speak to a manager. I press 3 on the automated menu for customer complaint and when someone picks up, I have to explain I have a complaint (what's the point of that option if the person answering has no idea?). I was put on hold for the manager for over 7 minutes. I hang up, call back, explain what just happened with being on hold, and the same girl who answered the first time gets an attitude with me saying that the manager is busy helping other customers. I asked "so she has no time for a complain?", to which the response is more attitude and that she is helping other people. I asked for the name and number of the district manager. The girl says he is busy. I asked if he was at the store. She said he is busy. Asked again, this time making it clear I want gm's boss. She says the manager has the info and she's busy helping people. Finally I had it and said I was done and never coming back and making sure others wouldn't either.
I don't know what is happening at this store, but last year they were amazing. Stay away from here unless you want service with...
