Shijiru’s opening night was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by an incredibly friendly team who went above and beyond to explain the menu and ensure I had a fantastic experience. The fish was exceptionally fresh, and the chef’s skillful preparation really shone through in every bite. Portions were generous, and the pricing is perfectly aligned with the quality you’d expect from top-tier sushi—all without the need for tipping, which made the experience even more enjoyable. When I returned for lunch, I was touched that they remembered me. I can’t wait to keep coming back to Shijiru; it’s truly a gem that I look forward to visiting...
