Worst location! When I went in to pick up my mobile order the girl working asked my name. I said, Ashlie. She asked again, I said, Ashlie. She asked a third time, I simply pulled my mask away a little and yelled, ASHLIE! She said, (with a horrible attitude) please pull your mask up, I can hear you with it on. LOL! obviously not!!! Then she got another attitude with me saying she did not receive an order with that name and am I sure I am at the right location. Yes, I’m sure and it said it would be ready at 3:05. It was now 3:10. As soon as I said that another girl walked up behind me carrying a tray with my coffee and said, are you Ashlie? I said, yes! She then handed me my coffee. Horrible Service. After ordering in the store We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. After seeing multiple mobile orders be completed before our order I was very upset when the barista told me their espresso is not working and would I like to order something else..!! After you made 10* drinks before my order and I waited patiently— why would you wait 20 mins to tell me your machine is broken. Why do mobile orders have priority over orders that are placed in the store? This is ridiculous and it totally ruined my afternoon with my family. And then the barista tried to give me a gift card! No I would like my MONEY...

Was just in there. Made the mistake of calling a frap choc chip a frap choc chip bc it’s a java chip with coffee. Totally fine with correction but it was a 3 min correction of this person explaining it. I had just worked 14 hours the day before…then the order was supposed to be a venti got a grande..Atmosphere was just not friendly. I had explained i was just exhausted and knew what each was i just had said it wrong but then he continued to explain other differences on top of that. It was just not a welcoming experience and i’ve never had issues...
