If you would like to deal with the most ratchet people you have ever met, visit this Burger King.
Rude as hell and customer service seems like it must be a foreign language to these people. Lack of consistency with food production and horrible personal hygiene practices would make me ashamed to be the owner of this location.
After working in the culinary industry for 20 years I can honestly say that it is not easy to get a 96.5 health score. You have to be lazy and not care to get that score. It might not sound like it is low, but as a Chef I would be VERY EMBARRASSED at both that health score and the actions of the staff.
Here is a hint to the owner if they bother to review these; GET A NEW STAFF THAT HAS SOME PRIDE IN THEIR WORK! And if you decide to keep who you have maybe you should teach them that hand washing is not an option, even if gloves are used, which they were not. ESPECIALLY after scratching their head, rubbing their eyes, using cell phones or handling money (all of which was witnessed in the same visit today between 2 employees, one of which was the rude 'manager' on duty). That's just to start, but I would not be surprised if this manager gets a promotion instead of a class on hygene and customer service, which is sad.

Read moreIf I could give this Burger King 0 stars I would. Just moving here from Charlotte, NC, it’s late at night and my boyfriend and I wanted a quick bite without cooking. On our way home we decided to stop at the Burger King conveniently located near our apartment and order through the mobile app. We double checked the hours to make sure they were still open and placed our order at 9:58 pm. Keep in mind that when you place an order through the app, it’s already paid. We get to the drive thru and they won’t respond to us, even after saying hello several times. After driving around the store twice and going up to the window, we beeped the car horn and someone finally arrived, staring at us without saying anything. We told the lady that we placed a mobile order on the app and she said we’re closed. We responded letting her know their hours are until 11 pm and we’ve already paid on the app. She then responds that she can’t do anything about that. So we’re out money and drove away hungry. Horrible service, horrible attitudes and I hope that the general manager of this store trains the employees better so they don’t lose...
Read moreI came in the other day and ordered four double sausage, egg and cheese croissants two regular sausage, egg and cheese croissants a large hash brown, and a large diet Pepsi. I came from work and ordered for me and my friends at work. The order was wrong. I was shorted items. I was told by the manager that my meal my entire meal would be refunded because I live too far from Burger King to drive there I could not come back, it upset me I came in expecting what the manager told me the meal the entire meal free instead she gave me a hash brown and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and made me pay for the rest of it. I don’t expect free handouts, but I do live kind of far from Burger King and if you make a big mistake, I fix it if I mess up or make a mistake such as that, considering the fact that the customer lives so far away, I would cop the meal and try to make it right, I do not think this is a...
