I recently just left Taco Bell and while I was ordering at the drive-through menu, I was looking at all the new items that were on the menu and I took my time because there was no one behind me in line and I hadn’t seen all of the new items that have been released recently. However, the lady got upset with me while I was taking my time, which was no longer than two minutes, and asked me if I wanted to come inside and look at the menu. If I wanted to come inside to order, I would have, but the convenience of a drive-through on a rainy day is important. My husband and I both work in food service And know how annoying it is when people take a long time to order, but only when there is a line. Check your attitude at the door or find a new job. When places release new menus sometimes people have to look at them to decide what they want at Taco Bell Will never cease to amaze me. Please pay your people more so that they don’t have nine dollar An hour attitudes.
If I were to say that to someone at my job, I would get fired So please tell your people that patient is a virtue and apparently one that they do...
Read moreHonestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I arrived at the store today to my surprise that I placed the order at the wrong store even though I put in the Cary store in the app when ordering. That wasn’t where my dissatisfaction started, it started when the associate (who was very helpful) at the front went to his manager to see if there was anything she could do. Instead of the manager (Jamie) even acknowledging me or even turning around to her associate to address the issue, she continued doing what she was doing with her back turned to all of us and screamed, “There’s nothing I can do, I don’t know what he expects me to do about placing the order at the wrong store”. To me and everyone else in the store, it shocked us because as a manager, you would think that she had more respect for her customers to at least turn around and acknowledge me or her own associate or at least not scream it across the front in a rude manner. Someone seriously should go back and review the video footage from today because that was truly disappointing and I don’t think I will order from this store...
Read moreThis is our third negative experience at this particular Taco Bell, and at least a half dozen negative experiences in the local area, as our local Taco Bell franchisees have struggled with staffing and food quality and consistency. The wait times are horrendous, even though they practically force everyone to use their apps and touchscreens. The orders are often wrong or incomplete, and that in turn leads to upset customers piled up in the lobby and dining room. This leads to a very poor environment, when you’re surrounded by upset customers—even after your food eventually arrives. Priority always goes to those in the drive through, which when you have all your staffing in place, makes a little sense, but this hasn’t been the case in a long time. Sadly will not plan to return to this and at least one other local Taco Bell just because it’s so bad compared to other nearby towns. I know the managers are doing their best, but it doesn’t seem like they’re supported by their leadership to improve the problems. Sad. We used to love...
