Absolutely. Horrible. Customer. Service! The two young girl working the drive-through should be fired. Not only did they make my husband repeat himself over and over when he ordered a “chocolate shake” then repeated back “chocolate frosty” and claiming she couldn’t hear him. But when we got to the drive through-window the one girl smirked at the other girl while she was putting our food together out of view. It made me very concerned about our food.
So, we received our order and I quickly looked through it and noticed we were missing fries that we ordered with the “chocolate shake”. My husband mentioned it to her and she acted as if she could not hear him and repeated back “your chocolate fries, huh?”
Even though all that happened, it really wasn’t what drove me to write this negative review. They corrected the fries and we were on our way. 3 minutes home, 5 minutes top and we are at the table ready to eat. ALL three fries were cold, stale and over salted! My husband did not receive the hamburger he ordered. Instead, they just put 2 of what I ordered in the bag. So, frustrating and makes me wonder if we were over charged.
I have lived here almost 2 years in Cary and this is the second we visited this Wendy’s and the last. We don’t typically eat fast food but we were very tired and very hungry. Plus, thinking back the service wasn’t any better than.
Some words of wisdom for the owner... with so many people out of work, you should do your livelihood some justice and hire people (Adults) that will provide customer service your business deserves. I bet your sales will grow some. Just saying.
Oh, and thinking about our experience a little more. When we asked for a double hamburger she told us that was not available. 🤷♀️ Am I missing...
Read moreI'm not here to make any rude or disrespectful comments about this place, but I'm still not feeling the drive-in service whatsoever, although those 2-for$5 classic chicken sandwiches are good. This is the second time I came here experiencing too many things going on at the drive-thru station. Also, I noticed the unprepared, lazy and disorganized attitude that was coming from a young lady at the drive-thru late this morning before noon after I pulled up to the window to pay for my order. They didn't even care to ask me if I would like a receipt for my order, so I had to remind them even if they pretended to not feel like printing me the receipt. Why can't the employees be prepared to pay attention and focus on the customers' orders instead of getting sidetracked by anything else that's out of the way? In fact, I don't know why they are still working here if they can't get organized for real instead of being lazy and prepared for what the customers are asking. I think this is a waste of time for me to come over here if no enthusiasm is shown from the drive-thru station. I don't know who put the staff up to not caring about asking customers whether or not they like to get receipt for their order. If this employment thinks that some other stores are going to treat us customers with poor customer service, then they might as well think otherwise. I flat out disagree with those behaviors of these employees, their supervisors, and their manager. Shame on these staff members for showing their lazy attitudes just because they think they know everything. I hope and pray that these employers and their employees get their act together not just for me, but for their other customers. We as customers deserve to request a...
Read moreOk so, if I could give the service 10+ stars, I absolutely would!!! First the store is very clean, the food is hot & fresh but this coffee is insane!!! I would like to call out Mr. Travis by name because I would have to say he just provided possibly the very BEST customer service I've possibly ever experienced. When I walked up to the counter he met me there with a smile. I apologized because I had not planned to stop but there's a bad storm passing through so I was like "I'm going to grab myself a coffee & wait for it to pass.." he was like no problem, take your time & I could tell he actually meant it. Then I had questions lol. & he had answers! & he was very obviously happy to answer my questions. He said he would brew me some fresh coffee & I said it was ok I could get something else but he insisted & he really was happy to do it. This gentleman has the best disposition of possibly any service industry worker I've ever met & I have worked in restaurants since I was 12, so trust & believe I don't say that casually by any means. I wish every encounter I have was exactly like this. He made me feel right at home & relaxed about my order being slightly more time consuming & out of the way, & he was just so pleasant. I can't say enough nice things about him or this Wendy's location. This is slightly out of my way from where I live but this will definitely be my location from here on out. Thank you Travis! You made my day! What a wonderful start to the...
