It's hard to know where to start. I ordered the thin crust 3-topping pizza special online for $9.99 (it use to be $7.99). When I went to the cart to check out, the pizza was $10.99. Their answer (excuse) when I went to pick up the pizza was: " Oh ya, they charge an extra dollar for any meat topping"... "they need to fix that" he said. I said: "You need to tell people when they order". Bottom line the way I see it is that... it's FALSE ADVERTISING. The 3-topping pizza special is NOT $9.99, but rather $10.99! (plus tax). Next, the crust was so thin, that it was more like a Wafer and much, much thinner than any other thin crust pizza I've had. It reminded me of one of those Norwegian thin flat bread crackers that practically melt in your mouth (wow). There was no tomato sauce what-so-ever and you couldn't even hardly see the green pepper or black olives. The meat (italtian sausage) was acceptable (barely). the crust was so thin it was burn't all around the outside edge. I took a kitchen shears to cut off the burn't part so I could eat some of it (another big "wow"). I had to throw out part of the pizza mostly due to the fact that this was not acceptable food. Basically - I felt Had!! They also charge you "Extra" for regular portions of any meat or veggies - Not EXTRA Meat or Veggie, but rather just a normal portion you might get anywhere. Read moreA couple of weeks ago my 62 your old dad with dementia wanted me to order him a pizza since he didn’t know how, since I live so far away I couldn’t pick it up myself, so I called the store and told a lady that I would be paying for it over the phone and that it will be under his name to pick up when my dad got there he saw his pizza ready and so he went to leave only for a guy claiming that he’s a manager to snatch the pizza and tell him he didn’t pay for it. My dad said my daughter paid for it but instead of this so-called manager going to look at his system to see if he actually paid for it. He accused my dad of stealing even though he said he had a screenshot of the receipt but he insisted on having a screaming match with him telling him he was not gonna get the pizza because he didn’t pay for it. My dad also had me on the phone while I’m trying to send him more screenshots of the money taken out of my bank account. Finally me and my dad got him to do his job and go look at the system to see if it was paid for and he realized that it was in fact paid for. However even when he realized he was in the wrong, instead of apologizing he called my dad a name and told him he wasn’t getting the pizza and to get out his store just to try to prove a point. Read moreWas the worse experience I have ever had. This store needs training in many areas. I did not get my order of wings and all I wanted was my money back for the wings. First Lady that answered said they could only give me a credit but I only want my money back for an item I did not get. Also one pizza was burned. I was willing to accept the credit but I wanted to write down on whom I spoke to so that when I do go back I know at least who to ask. Nope, they rudely started saying they don’t need to give me their name. I said I will just call corporate and she said they don’t care because they are a franchise. I asked for the manager and she hanged up. Unacceptable! I called back again spoke with the manager and same thing. We had to go in the store to make him understand that it is not correct what they are doing. I should be able to get a partial refund for an item I did not get. Eventually my husband went in the store and gave us a full refund because he was unable to give a partial one & said we are no longer welcome in the store. Training from the cook for the burnt pizza, cashier and manager for not having a single clue in customer service, bad manners, no good work ethics and no pride in their jobs.
