I am a regular customer at this point, I have the dunkin app, I love dunkin... but, unfortunately this location is unsatisfactory. The baristas, who often seem to be in a bad mood, always mess up our drinks; with the wrong milk, the wrong size- I have never ordered a matcha that was mixed properly, it always tastes like water and there's always matcha powder at the bottom of the cup. Most times, when I order a hot drink, the drink I receive is lukewarm at best. Very disappointing.
Still disappointing. Decided to give them a second chance this evening, I've had a really long day and desperately needed a pick me up. The girl taking my order was very rushed and rude, then when I asked to clarify what I had ordered, she brought someone else to ask what I meant when I specified that both drinks were with oat milk. Apparently they had already started making my drinks before even reading back my order or giving me my total, mind you there was no one in line behind me and no need to be so rushed. When I got my order, I was disappointed with my hot pumpkin latte, that tasted like warm milk, and my hot caramel macchiato that was iced and pumpkin instead of caramel. Well with in the last few months they been forgetting to put creamer, caramel, or sugar in one of my coffees almost each day. I complained to the store manager Alejandra. She was rude and came at me asking, "What is my problem?" One of the girls that works drive-thru said that I didn't call the day before when I did and no one answered the phone and was basically saying I am a liar. I can see why the store associates are rude because the store manager Alejandra leads by example by being rude. They never have the certain donuts that we want or the donuts are never fresh they say to come in the morning when they're available. The donuts are always made the night before or two days before. I have been trying to convince my family not to go here for years!! We're going to take our business somewhere else. I think if more people complained about the local Dunkin donuts at Casa Grande, there attitudes would change!!! There needs to be a better management team!! She ordered a breakfast with an English muffin, we got our order and when she opened her English muffin it completely burned, as black as my tire burned, so I took it back up there i guess the guy who was there was the manager, anyways he was standing there when I told the young lady behind the counter that I would like my sandwich not burned, so she told the kid who made it, and he had an attitude, said he had it on the toster setting, so he made another one, however that was burned as well, my wife ate it anyways, however she said it was completely bitter! When we were leaving my wife told the manager and we made it clear we didn't want anything but the muffin came out burned twice and we would not be coming back, he did not offer an apology or nothing! He is too busy trying to be friends with all those kids there instead of running a business...I would rather drive to Maricopa to eat at dunkin doughnuts at Harrahs than eat at the place that is 5 mins from my house.
