I gave this one star because of a conversation I heard between two employees today. They were talking about a delivery and one lady was asking about tartar sauce with no date. She was questioning how good it was and that if the food inspectors came in they would not like it. Then talking about chicken that was not covered. The other lady (I did not know if she was the manager or not) told her that it was none of her business. The conversation went on to talk of the food not properly stored and/or received and again one lady questioned what would happen if the food inspectors came in. Before we left, I told the first woman that I overheard the conversation and that what I heard was not good. She explained it was about that days deliveries and the chicken was already cooked. I told her what I heard was not good no matter whether the chicken was cooked or not and she agreed. I have eaten there a few times and the food is just okay. Better than some and not as good as others. I would have given it a three but this conversation confirmed with my husband and myself that we will never...

Haven't been to a Filberto's in years and was praying it was still delicious as I remember it, but unfortunately, it was not. The service was great, with the woman taking my order being understanding and accommodating. She worked with me to get the most food for the best price, which was $15 for two tacos, rice, beans, and chips and salsa. Thus, why the three stars.

Now the quality, we'll, let's just say it left me wanting more. The food wasn't seasoned at all, and I am so glad I had hot sauce at home. The taco shells, beans, and rice were overly salty and had a heavy greasy taste and touch. The pico de gallo that came with the chips was small but actually seasoned, which surprised me as the rest of the food was not. Another good thing was that the chips were crispy and lightly fried. They did not need any salsa.

As some of the reviews have said, the quality of the food perhaps depends on the location. I am just not sure I want to take that $15 chance on that. Sorry Filberto's, I'm going to have to pass...

Messed up our order AGAIN tonight. The young girl at the drive thru window was not very professonal at all. I placed my order then forgot to add one item , so I added the item and we could hear the employee telling another employee that this is what she has to go thru all the time and someone should pray for her for having to deal with this kind of stuff. i have called Two times to inform them of my incorret order as I am not able to go back up in person and no one will answer the phone. This will be the last time we purchase food from the particular location again. The rudeness was the icing on the cake. We would usually go here 2 maybe 3 times a week spending anywhere from 30-50 dollars a pop. But we finally decided we are not going to pay someone to be so rude to us and have lots of problems getting simple orders correct. The worst location is on Florence Blvd in Casa Grande. Do not waste your money here, have cash and go across the street to Nico's...Same food, friendly service but only...

I recently dined at Fileberto's Mexican Food, and while the service was warm and friendly, I found the food to be quite bland. The chicken and cheese enchilada plate with beans and rice that I ordered lacked any discernible seasoning, leaving me with a rather underwhelming dining experience. They must have literally opened a can of beans, added nothing, made some plain rice, and sprinkled some cold cheese shreds on the beans and rice. The enchiladas were actually dripping wet, so I had to use a fork and knife. It felt as though the individual components were prepared without any flavorful enhancements, making the dish taste like separate, uninspired items. Despite the decent quality of the food, the lack of seasoning left much to be desired, and I felt that it did not justify the $21 price tag. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning to Fileberto's in the future. Next time, I will go to Taco Bell and save my money, for at least they season the food there.

Got the carne asade fries. There was nobody in line it should have been fresh as it could be. The fries taste like they were cooked earlier and microwaved. The beef is dried out and chewy. There was some sour cream slapped on top with some cheese sprinkled on it and nothing else. Ive gotten asade fries at several other places and its never only been fries meat and cheese. Extremely disappointed. Asked for extra sour cream and got no sour cream. The pico de gallo my friend had with his burritos tasted old. Another friend had some and said the same thing. So basically they are open 24 hours because they reheat meals from earlier on in the day instead of making fresh food. My stomach started hurting very shortly after eating. Could only eat 1/4 of it. For the price they charge its unreal they would serve reheated fries. Will never go here again and none of my people will either. Will definitely be letting everybody knoe how god awful this meal was.
