I was excited to try Yellowstone Garage tonight. I had heard great things about it. Unfortunately, I didn't have the great experience other people have had who left reviews. I ordered the Sicilian pasta for $14.00. for pickup, which included a dinner salad. I also wanted cheese curds and they were out of them. She suggested the Pepperjack macaroni and cheese bites. I ordered ranch to dip them in. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a large hand written message to call a number for curbside pickup. I called it and they would not bring my order to the car. I was told they don't do that. I was supposed to receive the dinner salad with Honey Mustard dressing. I did not receive that in the bag. I did not receive the ranch dressing, napkins, etc. When I arrived home with my order is when I discovered my order was incomplete. I called them and let them know I was missing the salad and ranch dressing. I was told I could come back and get them. I could have. By the time I eat the portion of the meal I did get, which was not hot and only about 2 cups of noodles, 4 pieces of broccoli, and about 10 thinly sliced pieces of sausage. The sauce on the noodles had no flavor. Why do I then want to drive back to get the salad that I would have eaten before the other items in my order? Needless to say, there was no resolution, and she said there wasn't anything she could do. I will not be enjoying the fine cuisine at this establishment because I will not...
Read moreHeard good things about this place so we gave it a shot. Right from the start our waitress informed us they only serve breakfast on Sundays. This was odd as it was lunch time but we went with it. I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was nothing special, it tasted like normal dime a dozen diner fried steak. The gravy was bland and gelatinous like boxed quick gravy served luke warm.
Our check was $50 for such poor quality, we could've gotten much better at Eggingtons for less. But this place game recommended so we tried it.
The service was extremely slow even though there was only 5 other tables and more than 2 servers. There was enough employees that some passed time time playing pool.
The biggest issue is that the employees had to apologize at the door because patrons wanted lunch and this place doesn't serve lunch on Sundays. So we as guests literally watched people take their money elsewhere and that is never a good thing to see. If you have to tell people sorry at the door then you should probably change something up.
This was just my experience but enough of one that I won't...
Read moreOur food was absolutely fantastic of give 5 stars for it, however our server was the absolute worst. He started off rude, we were told to grab a booth and that someone would bring menus as the lady at the from had full hands we thanked her and grabbed the closest one. He walks by and says were you sat or just seat yourself? In a very rude snotty way. I told him we were told to grab a booth. Then when we were ordering he kept giving us attitude like we were imposing on him with our 3 kiddos. After finishing eating we sat there for about 45 minutes just waiting to see him again to get the check, as soon as we stand up to go ask for it he suddenly appears with it asking all the how was the food, need anything else ect questions. Like yeah maybe an hour ago when my cup first got empty. I wish I could've tipped the cooks because they deserved it this was the first time we ordered something and enjoyed it I just wish our experience would've matched. I'd reccomend ordering togo so that you can enjoy all of...
