If I could give the service a 0 I would. I have never seen a place take advantage of franchise popularity like this. This place only runs because ppl love the dunkn name. EVERYTIME your yelled at, snapped at, delayed, and given dirty looks by somebody. Never fails. And sadly it's usually the manager. She bully's her staff and they in turn reflect such behavior to the customers. It's the black short lady. Just disgustingly nasty attitude. And you can literally be polite and she will say you cannot talk to her like that, give her a moment, and then when she returns she's on the speaker she says, "Why are we arguing?" I literally was placing an order just fine till she snatched the mic from her employee, inserted herself just to be nasty, and started arguing with me saying I only wanted 1 chocolate frosting. I clarified, no I want half a dozen. And she says, why are we arguing. What kind of insane asylum is this location? And it's non stop everyday. I hate to say it publicly, but clearly by these reviews ppl are ignoring it, that person needs mental help before they hurt themselves or someone else, if they haven't already. A person that argumentative, that sensitive, that miserable and rude should not be speaking to customer's ever! And the most disgusting thing, is that they are exposing children who are hearing and seeing this abnormal behavior, as they wait in the car line with us. Really sad, because my kids usually wave at ppl. Not one time has a kid of mine waved at someone here. They just utterly undesirable to deal with in this establishment.
Oh, and my coffee isn't even hot! 😂 I can't make this up. It tastes awful too. And i just ordered the same thing yesterday from the Dunkn in Fern Park. It did not taste like this bitter lukewarm mess. Like SUPER bitter. And I grew up drinking espresso like regular coffee and this coffee is super bitter for my palette. It clearly was not prepared properly. OMG, I took the top off, there is not one scent of pumpkin but pure bitter coffee scent coming out. If you can avoid this dunkn do so at all costs. The lady assisting customers in the drive thru hands me my items in a rush and asks me if I had everything and I replied yes she said “k bye”. I leave and get to another store and before getting out of the car I notice I don’t have my debit card. I checked the seat, my purse, my wallet, the entire car including the bag that had my items in them and realize the woman never gave me my card back. I pulled back into the drive thru and as soon as the lady sees my car from a distance she calls a manager to her side before me even getting to the window. My thought was why would you immediately go get a manager? You could’ve simply forgot something so simple like a straw? So that was definitely a red flag to me. I said “I don’t have my debit card” she says I 100% gave it back to you did you check your car? She then proceeds to look on the floor outside of the window and says to me “your card had Elsa and Ana on right?” Out of all the customers you serve a day and all the cards you take to process payments how would you describe my card perfectly? The manager behind her was no better she says “we don’t have a card under the register nor did she tell me she found a card”. Of course she’s not gonna tell you because she probably stuck it in her pocket YOU JUST HEARD HER DESCRIBE WHAT MY DEBIT CARD LOOKS LIKE PERFECTLY! I had my car detailed and cleaned no debit card was found anywhere and I didn’t get out of my vehicle after leaving that Dunkin’ Donuts. Very dishonest of her and the manager. Read moreI've patronized this location twice and both times I've had to ask for a refund due to the unprofessional atmosphere. The first time they were out of matcha and the manager jessica was yelling at the workers for selling it. This morning being my second time giving this location another chance. The cashier Liz took my order, prepared my drink and set it to the side. I watched her fulfill 2 orders for the front counter and 2 orders for the drive through. It seemed she became distracted after making my drink, people that came in after me were actually leaving due to the wait time for them to be serviced. I waited over 10mins before going back to the register and it seemed only then did she remember about my order. I didn't get upset or even made a fuss, I simply asked for a refund. That seemed to have agitated Liz because she started yelling to Jessica " this customer wants a refund cause she had to wait". Jessica came out to issue the refund, while doing so Jessica still visible upset about me requesting a refund, is yelling out in the background, making impudent remarks. Instead of correcting her staff, the manager jessica looks to me and states "she was being nice to you". I tried to explain to the manager I was never rude, I just simply asked for a refund due to my drink sitting on the counter for over 10mins and that it wasn't waiting on anything as she claimed. The manager was very dismissive and didn't care to hear anything I had to say and stated to just put it in the survey and walked off. If this was the last location left in all of Florida, I would never patronize this location. They are not only very unorganized but the lack of professionalism is enough to never step foot in this location. I'm certain the manager wrote down false names.
