I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent dining experience at your restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I have always appreciated the quality of your food and service. However, my recent visit was far below the standards I have come to expect.

Upon arrival, we found our table and chairs unclean and had to clean them ourselves. When I requested a high chair for my child, the waitress simply pointed to where they were and told me to retrieve it myself. It also appeared there was no ice available, as our water was served hot and tasted as if it was from the faucet.

The food quality was also very poor. The fish was over-fried and salty, the tostones were dripping oil, and the entire meal arrived cold. Furthermore, we were not provided with utensils, and our waitress never returned to check on us or provide our check.

It is clear that your staff requires more training in customer service. This experience was truly disappointing, and it is not one I typically...

I am Colombian and I have expectations from this place. Unfortunately none of them were met. The empanadas were not very good. The dough was too thick and even though they were just made they were too dry. The lady at the counter had a bad attitude and she tried to convinced me that she had already given the empanadas to me even though I was waiting for the empanadas to be made. When I got home I realized that she did not gave all the empanadas that I have paid for. At the store, the lady at the counter closed the bag with double knot very quickly and she did not give me the chance to check.
