I TRIED to go and get smoothies for my coworkers on the way to work I had my small dog with me it’s Florida I can’t leave him in the car or leave the car running because there was no parking in front. I stepped inside the blonde young girl told me he can’t be in here I told her I’m ordering and I’ll wait outside I’m going to order and leave she said you can’t do that you need to find somewhere for your dog to go. She saw another customer walk inside and changed her attitude and said I’m so sorry for safety we can’t have your dog in the building I asked her so your saying I can’t order food she said well. I mean no. Management needs to help this employee there are no signs on the door that say no animals I just wanted to order and leave. I’ve been coming to Planet Smoothie on Howell Branch Road for a while now, and the service has always been top-notch—friendly smiles, warm greetings, and an overall welcoming vibe. But I wanted to take a moment to highlight one employee in particular: Gwyneth.

Every time I’ve visited, she’s been an absolute delight—always bringing a bright smile and a genuinely kind spirit. It’s clear that she enjoys what she does, and that energy makes a difference. There’s a guy here with medium long brown hair that works in the mornings, some times I see him at Oviedo too, excellent customer service. Always a smile on his face and asking how your day is going, he always has good vibes about him. As a manager myself, I feel it’s people like him who add a little magic to the business and that keep me coming back.

That being said the whole staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and pleasant to chat with while getting a smoothie.
