I’ve been a customer at this restaurant for years. I’m beyond disappointed with the service today. For reference I’m at this establishment at least once a week. Cuephoria( billiards) a business is right next to it, which I’m often at. Today I ordered a menu item I ALWAYS get when I dine it at the restaurant, the usual item I ordered surprisingly was double the price. My fiancé place the order over the phone and picked up in person without hesitation. When he told me how much the price was I was surprised. It was double the price. I went back and addressed this and was attended by the waitress that I’ve come in contact with multiple times. I left. Overthinking the situation and feeling how disloyal I was treated I spoke with the owner. The disloyalty was not addressed. He thought refunding me HALF of the item would make me happy, he did not understand the PRINCIPLE OF CUSTOMER LOYALTY. The money was not the issue I supported this restaurant which was by minimum subpar. It was local so I adapted and you can’t find Central American food like such locally. I’m half hondureña and would expect again a little bit of loyalty to the race. I’m beyond disappointed. I’m unfortunately after all these years would not be going back. I’m not bashing the food, regardless it being subpar. The disloyalty does...
Read moreBad service extremely bad. Juice ain’t fresh or cold!, the girls there crave attention from the clients as if there isn’t other customers wanting to order. I’m picky about my veggies and I told the lady no “pico de gallo” cause it doesn’t go with what I had, let alone highly over priced for food that really ain’t all that tasteful. Not once she told me that they charge extra for refills, something that should be said. Took extremely long for my food to arrive. Honestly if you’re wanting to find a spot for good Honduran food it isn’t here. I would say this tho! The pupusas were actually phenomenal! Actually fresh! Service wise and freshness on juice and other items (trash!), like pollo con tajadas, baliadas, Honduran food(insult to Honduran food) highly expensive for the service and quality...
Read moreThere were items that tasted recently frozen in my FAJITAS?! and my wife's soup. Asked for some chips and salsa and waitress brought chips with some kind of spicy sauce , definitely not the regular salsa. When asked about the $6 charge, waitress said it was the price for chips but without queso or guac. The menu states "queso"or guac of $5.99 but not for the chips with REMICAN of salsa. Overall bad experience. Don't go if you don't want to spend $81+tip! for 2 adults and a kid with a couple of appetizers to go with only sodas and bottled waters (no alcohol). PS, the food arrived extra quick, but all at the same time!! Obviously not...
