Disappointed. On two occasions now my food has been messed up. Both times were papadillas. On the first time I didn't notice until I got home, which is never fun. They put bacon in my Buffalo chicken papadilla(I cant eat pork). That's not even on the item how it comes normally.
The second trip, I checked my papadilla when u picked it up in the car. Instead of Buffalo Chicken, it was bbq with bacon. I went back in, expressed my displeasure in this being the second time its happened. Manager apologized and said they will make it right. I said please follow what it says on my order, because I need it a specific way. They Cashier assures me it will be right, because he's making it himself. I go wait in the car while they make it. They bring it out and apologize for the problem. I say it's fine and take my food. I decide to double check it again, JUST IN CASE . And sure enough, it was a buffalo chicken papadilla, but with bacon, AGAIN. I don't understand, bacon does not come on it anyways. Why twice, has it been bacon??
I go back in tell him what happened. He says he sorry, he'll remake it again. For the third time. I said no thanks, my pizza is in the car getting cold, please just refund it. Which he does. He actually refunded the whole order, which was nice. It I wasted far too long there and still left without what I had ordered for me (the pizza was for the fam, the papadilla was for me). If it was once I'd get over it and not review, but after two different trips being ruined, and the last on happening 3 times on the same trip? That deserves a review. I'm scared to really ever order a papadilla here again. I'll probably have to travel to another location...

I had an issue on a previous order made 11/14/24 and called that evening addressed the issue was given a credit and told to call the location when I was to order again instead of using the app. This evening when the manager asked when the day of the issue occurred I stated that it was on November 14th, and he said “ November 40th?!? Nice try pranker that day doesn’t exist. “ I tried to reply “No, wait you misunderstood me, I said the 14th.” He hung up on me mid sentence. Now, I am a Papa John member, and have been using this specific location for well over two years now and have NEVER had this issue, not even when I did call in the evening of November 14th. Not sure if they we’re having a bad night at the location, but it made me physically shaken the way the manager spoke to me then refused both my calls and the calls from my friends phone to see if maybe they were having phone line issues. I really just wanted to order some dinner and then felt like even if I went up there and gave them my information there would be an issue with my food, and didn’t want to risk it. Read morePizza is supposed to be a fun time. Carefully ordered take out and everything was wrong. The manager seemed concerned and offered to make the order if I could wait 15 minutes. She was helping all the other customers and it took her over 45 min. Standing in a 10" x 8" cash and grab it was more like she had an attitude about helping me. I felt reverse discrimination and I know it is a reality. She finally gave me my order and she told me she was entering a free pizza for my next order. When I called in there was confusion. So I called back another time and was told that just 2 days prior I had recv the free pizza. Not me. I hadn't returned since the situation. He said he spoke to the manager Johanna and the pizza would be in the system. The very next day I call to order and say I would like to use my credit in the system and Johanna gets on the phone rude and yells that I am not getting it because she remade the order when it was wrong and originally offered the free pizza. It is amazing that this was my second time ever going to this Papa Johns. Because of their rudeness we discovered across the street the very best Sheby's Pizza just across the street.
