Do not come to this store. I took my custom built pc into this place to get it serviced while i was recovering from surgery, and they did more damage than service. They claimed to have cleaned it (even though it wasn't), and claimed to replace my platinum rated 1000w power supply with a comparable piece of equipment. What they did was replace it with a gold rated 750w power supply. Not only did they do that, they damaged my limited edition pc case beyond repair and misplaced the special hand tightened screws it had and used a drill on my pc case. there were only 2000 of these cases made, and I was lucky enough to get one. the case was worth 300 bucks retail but is probably worth way more now in good condition. Now its worth next to nothing. After all this, I came to see the manager and he refused to see me. He hid and left while I was there and wouldn't talk to me. STAY AWAY if you want fair treatment and decent service. The only way this review gets changed or removed is if they pay me fair compensation for the damage they caused.
*editing my review to add on after the response blatantly lying about my character. The owner responded to my review and claimed a lot of things including that I was being dishonest. Let me be clear, I did not yell, I did not refuse to pay (until my computer was damaged) and not once was i unreasonable. I also never said he was responsible for all of the damage on my pc case, just the white scratches that were not there before it arrived for service. Secondly, My father dropped and picked up my computer at the store in the first place, because I was in recovery from surgery, so the second I saw my pc I did call and refuse to pay once it got home to me. Making it seem like I didnt do it as soon as I saw it is dishonest, because if you were keeping up at all with the situation you would know I wasn't the one picking up the pc and my dad didn't know enough about my pc to know to complain until it got home. Third and most important to me, the question I asked about service was twisted in the owners response. I never said I was unwilling to pay the 100 dollar fee for diagnosis and service (again until they damaged my pc), I simply asked them if it would cost extra on top of that to install the part, and if it did I would install the part myself, and just pay for the diagnosis and the part. Once they gave me the full quote and the price seemed fair, I sent my dad to pay without incident. I also am not blackmailing the owner. I said in my original review that the only way I would remove the review is if I was compensated for the pcs damage, because that would be the only way for the owner to truly make the situation right. It wasn't meant to be blackmail, but the owner twists my word and intentions to make me look like some unreasonable customer, instead of simply apologizing for a mistake that his company made.
I just want the owner to take responsibility and to not try and drag my name through the mud to save his own skin. Integrity is clearly in short supply at this store so please, if you have computer problems stay away from this store. Give it to someone who will treat customers fairly and won't...

In a rush to find a speaker, I looked at reviews online and discovered that I wanted the JBL Extreme Bluetooth speaker. After looking around online, I was not able to locate one that could be shipped within a day! I did a search on Facebook and came across a listing for a speaker (BRAND NEW IN THE BOX) that was local!
I messaged Sofia and WITHIN A MINUTE she replied and let me know that the speaker was still available! I asked her to send some pics and WITHIN THE SAME MINUTE she sent over some photos! I told her that I lived over 30 mins away and it would take me some time to get there. I asked her what time they closed and this is how she responded word for word! " 5:30 today.
