Great New York Pizza in Central Florida! After eating at multiple pizza places in Manhattan, Iāve struggled to find anything comparable here in Florida. This place hits the mark! A third generation Italian-American, pizzaiolo Sebastian "Seby" Donofrio brings his passion for pizza to the Orlando area. Chef Seby is a formally trained pizza chef and has trained with some of the world's most renowned pizza masters including Enzo Coccia, Massimiliano Stamerra, and Leo Spizzirri. Originally from Long Island, Chef Seby has been heavily influenced by the elite pizzerias of Brooklyn and Manhattan like Di Fara, Luigi's, John's of Bleeker St, Patsy's, Joe's, and many others. This place takes pizza making very serious, they use a high-quality reverse-osmosis water system for the dough, high-quality tomatoes for the sauce, and nothing is pre sliced, including their whole milk mozzarella. The owner Seby greeted me and we both had a great conversation about our love for pizza. When my pizza came out it was cooked perfectly, it had next to no flop, and the right proportions of everything. The establishment was very clean and had a bunch of nostalgic pictures of the Manhattan and the Brooklyn area. They even had Billy Joel playing in the background, which was a big plus for me as Iām a big fan. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. Central Florida does have some good pizza spots, but you really do have to hunt to find them. As far as New York style pizza is concerned this has to be the best Iāve had yet in the Central...

Once arriving, the place was immaculate! We were greeted by the owner (Sabastian) who was extremely kind and chatted a bit to us about his pizza. We couldnāt wait to try it so we placed our order (Large pepperoni) and took a seat it the dining area. The decor was sooooo cool! So many photos and decorations to look at and was a nice way to kill time as our pizza was being prepared. The owner came by our table and chatted some more and got to know us a little bit. Just a hell of a nice guy.
So now the moment of truth! Our pie was ready and brought to our table. WOW!!! Not only did it look IMMACULATE but it was a very large pizza as well! Iām very particular about how toppings are distributed around the pie and these pepperonis were spaced PERFECTLY!! And they werenāt super greasy either. The sauce and cheese ratios were spot on!! And the crust was flawless! Super thin and crispy and cooked perfectly! From our first bite until our last the pizza couldnāt have been anymore perfect šš¼ We quickly knew that this would be our new spot šš

The owner Sebastian is so passionate about his work and you can taste it! Heās so friendly too. We order the Nolita our first time, and had to come back the next day for more pizza itās THAT delicious.
The crust is IMMACULATE. Truly so crispy, and the flavor is so incredibly satisfying I almost want to order just the crust š

Editing to add that we came back for more pizza, and this time added the meatballs, garlic knots and sweet chili wings. We loved every single bite. Highly addictive bc itās all so delicious. Meatballs were perfect, and the sauce theyāre in is spectacular. The garlic knots were perfectly buttery and garlic was fresh, and a perfect vessel to scoop up the extra sauce from the meatballs. The wings were juicy and perfectly cooked. Iām hooked on the Nolita pizza. Perfect mix of meats and the ricotta cheese florets on top are such a delight to get to. Iām not sure if the sauce on the pizza is the same as the meatballs, but its a perfect ratio to toppings, nothing is sliding off, and the sauce isnāt sweet which i tend to feel off about at other shops. The crust⦠the crust! Chefs kiss the crust is perfection....
