My whole entire order was wrong this morning. Who has time to deal with your "Barista Promise" if they already can't read or pay attention to detail? Who cares about the "promise" if you have to be at another place, are under time constraints, etc.? Starbucks ALREADY makes a boatload of money off of us (as consumers) now vs. other competitors.
