So I never leave bad reviews, and I actually really like this store. But, the way I've been treated for waiting in line for 20 minutes is ridiculous. I work in costume service myself and I understand policies they may have. But the way the little girl at the counter just rudely and blankly cut me off mid sentence and basically told me that she doesnt care about what I'm saying at all is just rude and bad costumer service. I had a tmobile tuesday deal and I had just hit the redeem button that gives you two minutes to use. I redeemed it when I was about to go to register, and then they stopped helping costumers and catch up on orders. Which I respect, but didnt inform me it would take 5 minutes and my offer would cancel. I told the girl politely that my offer had expired and I was next in lineso I hit the redeem button and then they stopped helping costumers. I did what was instructed of me and waited until I was about to be helped. She rudely said "too bad" and said I shouldn't of hit the redeem button so early... I was literally right by the register and they all left the registers. I planned on getting other things as well for when I headed back to work for my coworkers but I was just so upset by how I've been treated and was already running late for work because of my 20minute wait. I decided. To leave. Not impressed at all by this visit. Really like the manager or owner?? Of the auntie Anne's i usually catch him in the morning and is super great. On 5/23/2023 at or about 2:05 pm I order a Sweet Almond Pretzel which is typically delicious and fulfilling, to my surprise as I bit into the pretzel it seemed as if i was chewing a char shaped pretzel instead of a sweet almond pretzel, which is usually delightful. Im on a short lunch break since I work here in the outlets, so I head back to Auntie Annes immediately to salvage however many minutes I have left of my break . I explained what the issue was to an associate name Caden.
Heres where the issue comes in! Caden, (or whatever other variation you can spell that name) MANSPLAINS to me that the pretzel is NOT burnt and that I could wait for a fresh batch to come out but it would likely come out the same way as the one I purchased did .... and that he would exchange it anyway. Caden, proceeds to pull out another BURNT Sweet Almond Pretzel. At this point I completely walk away from the stand with my original BURNT pretzel with no resolution, no words and no refund .
In conclusion , as a long time loyal customer , I will no longer be spending my inflated dollars on BURNT pretzels at Auntie Annes in Castle Rock...
   Read moreI unfortunately had the absolute worst experience at this location after trying to take my son in for a quick snack . I have 3 kids , my youngest is a toddler and she was already fussy from all the shopping. Kyle â the managerâ checked us out, his customer service was the absolute worst , he yelled at us for his own mistake by NOT taking our order correctly. Kyle expressed frustrations due to one of my children being fussy. He also threatened us with calling security to âremove usâ from his property after I asked what his name was so I could report his bad service . His answer was â MY NAME IS KYLE AND I AM THE MANAGER â while rolling his eyes and yelling at us . Thankfully security did show so I could tell my side of the story , they provided me with the actual castle rock outlet info where I can also report this behavior and definitely did NOT remove me or my kids from the property . NEVER GOING BACK . I get that we all have bad days and sometimes take it out on others but this was definitely a good way to show my children to always stick up for themselves no matter what , and from now on we will take our...
