Very disappointing experience. Ordered on the kiosk, two large sized salads, two cold subs and one hot sandwich. Left a good tip. When I got home (I guess I should have checked the order) - no dressing for either salad was in the bag fortunately we had dressing at home. The hot sandwich was completely the wrong sandwich. I'm surprised by this because there were no other customers ahead of us and they don't offer online ordering right now so it's hard to believe they got it wrong when I used the kiosk to order. I know I ordered the right sandwich because I even picked no Jalapeños. It Should have been the Pork Belly Bahn Mi, but it was some type of pulled pork with BBQ sauce. I didn't end up eating it because I was really looking forward to the one I ordered. One of the salads was a chef salad and one of the pieces of turkey was inedible. Including tip it was about $85. This was about 6pm...

Expensive, but tastes good. It's underwhelming walking in just a sandwich shop really. Wouldn't call it a deli or market. Had a few things in a cold case for deli salads and a few grab n go meals, they didn't look all that appealing and were expensive for size. The "deli" meats were little more than what a convenience store may have. The meat from the "butcher" case looked out of place. And only a handful of market items and didn't flow with what else had in store.

I got the roast pork sandwich, it looked a grey mess, but had good flavor. Was small maybe 8 inches, for $15. Really shouldn't be more than $9 at most, imo. Sodas are almost $4 (bottle coke), and while I didn't get any chips, I noted they were $3-4 (2oz &4oz).

I can imagine that the prices are due to...

Went here a little while back and was very disappointed for the quality and value of sandwich for the price. Figured we would try it again and give B’s a second chance. This time around was worse. Waited 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 hot dogs. My kids buns were burnt to an oblivion. I can’t believe they would even serve them. My wife’s chicken salad was just ok, nothing that can’t be made at home easily. My Italian beef was simply heated up roast beef with cooked onions. Did not have the giardiniera on it and was small portion and poor quality for the price. The guy making the order apologized for the long wait, but other than that this was a disaster. If you want a really good sandwich for way better prices go up the street to Snarfs. We won’t...
