Today I went to the Chipotle on Allen Street. I pulled up and the sign on the door said “online orders only” so I placed an online order per their sign on the front door. 2 min later ppl started walking in (12:20), I walked in and got in line. When it was turn (just min later). I explained the situation and that I was there… they could cancel my online order and just make my burritos and go. Employee went in back and said - they are making it in back. So, o ordered something for myself )the other order was for my sick child. They quickly made my burrito… I asked for my back order/online per their front door signage. He explained it would be right out. (When I placed it online it side 1250 p/u. I told them I’m not waiting over 20 min for something that was just completed in 3 minutes going thru the line. Every-time I asked about my order an employee lied to me. They are making it now. It’s being wrapped. This went on for 25 min. Then a short little man can out at 12:49 and very rudely said “the order said 1250” Even tho I asked for my order to made w my other burrito up front once I noticed lobby was open. They were rude. They have no concept of customer service. They could have just grabbed my ticket from the back and made it quickly upfront while he prepared my burrito I ordered after waiting in line. They were RUDE. Lied several times (I heard for 15 min…. They are making it NOW. They are wrapping it up now. lie. He brought it out w an attitude and then proceeded to tell me your ticket says 1250. Rolled his eyes and went in back!!!! DO NOT make any online orders at this store. 2 women before me had a p/u time of 1230 and waiting until we’ll after 1245. One left. I almost left. I asked for my $ and that did not happen. They were rude. Lied. And have ZERO customer service. Frustrating & esp I have the app and we used to order often. I will continue to use other Chipotles sadly not my neighborhood one on Allen Street. Never spoke to a manager. They did nothing to make me feel like a vaulted customer who spends $100 a month...
Read moreAfter several bad experiences as this location, I had the worst experience and service at this location last night.
The employees are disorganized and don't seem to understand their jobs or the basics of customer service. There doesn't ever appear to be a manager in sight leading or training the employees. Everyone in line was looking at each other in disbelief as we watched the employees do anything but engage customers or make food. It wasn't even a busy night... it took them 20 minutes to make basic plates for a family of 4 in front of us... it was truly unbelievable. Fully staffed but terrible service.
When they are busy with on-line orders, those orders always seem to be prioritized above customers who are actually present in the store and waiting to be served. I've seen this happen many times and it can take 15 to 20 minutes to get through the line. And they aren't always very generous with their serving sizes...
Also the tables are frequently dirty and the place feels grungy. Just a consistently dirt, slow, disappointing experience.
I frequent another location on Arapahoe Road and that location has the best service and you never wait for more than a few minutes. Even when the line is to the door, they get through it very quickly... So I know how a good Chipotle should operate. It's 5 stars in contrast to this location.
10/7/24 update
Ordered delivery. Both entrees arrived without sour cream (so basically ruined) and the sides for the quesadillas were combined and were delivered in a single container! Absolutely terrible service. I will never spend money at this...
Read moreHi there, if you are looking for a big 'ole lunch or dinner before 9:30pm check out this restaurant when you're able to visit a Chipotle restaurant when you're able to come to a restaurant in your neighborhood in the city where you live in right now. I first went to a Chipotle restaurant (in West Des Moines in 2014), Denver, Minneapolis, Madison, Los Angeles, Los Vegas, New York City, Tampa Bay, etc...
I'm not sure if Chipotle restaurant decided to carry fried tortilla chips in 2005 or so, when the big restaurant chain called McDonald's bought Chipotle restaurant in 2014 to increase their opinion of the United States.
When you're trying to think about what McDonald's is as a burger restaurant, what comes to mind??? Any healthy food? I really don't want to think about McDonald's food as a great healthy option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Happy Meals/Quarter Pounders/Big Mac's all day long... but going to McDonald's is not a really great restaurant that I know about!.. So because McDonald's is not a really great restaurant in my opinion, I'd really prefer to choose another type of food given the choice of where to go! If I choose to go to the Chipotle restaurant when I'm ready to eat my lunch or dinner these days, then McDonald's will continue to make some of my money when I choose McDonald's. (That's pretty great in...
