Experience at this location was very bad, came through the drive thru, asked for extra sauce repeatedly which I did see the sign that the sauce was extra and I was willing to pay, even at the window asked one more time, they said it was in the bag but there wasn’t, had to go back around,to get the sauce, then one of the 5 meals ordered was wrong paid $39.00, went back to get it replaced and they were hesitating to replace it, asked me to pull forward for a bowl to be made, I told them I would wait at the window and they were giving me attitude, stood at the window about 8 minutes and they were still not giving me my food although I was the only car in front of the line. I had to go pull over and asked to talk to the manager which left me standing outside the door for an additional 15 minutes because they wouldn’t grab the manager, Finally a manager named Marilyn came out with the food, after the whole experience I wasn’t even hungry anymore because they couldn’t handle the situation accordingly, it is very frustrating when going into a fast food restaurant with no cars in the line and have to spend over 45 minutes to not eat because of the management incompetence. I am a manager myself and I know very well how the restaurant shouldn’t be run and this was a clear example of a bad situation that could have been avoided if they would just replaced and give out what was ordered instead of retaliating against me for a...

I'm basing this review off of the drive through experience only. As you pull up to the drive through they have their menu board a few feet off from the main board. You can pre prep your order before ever getting to the voice box. Super helpful especially for a first time customer such as myself. They have a huge menu and serve breakfast all day! Now, the Jack in the Box that I had the pleasure of going to was super slow so I got a good look at the menu before ordering. I pulled up to the box and was immediately greeted by a friendly voice, I ordered my first meal and was cut off with my total and to please drive forward before I could get my second meal ordered. I ordered my second meal and asked If i could get a water with my meal. I was told that they don't have water on the machine and i would have to order bottled water. No big deal just a minor up charge and a slight annoyance that i faced. If you like decent food and decent service this is the...

Me and a friend of mine recently went to Jack in the Box and Castle Rock and the service we received was atrocious, They rushed us in ordering, 2 different people were using the headset trying to talk over each other and they acted like they were busy as can be when nobody was in the parking lot and no one was in the restaurant. When we got to the drive-through window The person could not get the order right and also was very rude, Is the person at the drive-through gave my friend his food and my drink then proceeded to the walk away like we weren't even there, When he came back he was mad and I said just cancel my order, After I said that he just walked away like we wouldn't even there and left my friend's drink just sitting there. When I pulled out of the drive-through a gentleman came out of the restaurant mouthing obscenities at my truck and I heard everything he said. The act was very unprofessional and rude to...

I will say of all JintheB's this one is the best one I've been to, not saying much though when it comes to everything tasting like deep fried tacos. Went here when I realized I missed breakfast at another place nearby by 5 minutes due to yet another Hyundai being on fire causing a traffic jam. Thanks hyundai... They have the new cheddar biscuit breakfast sandwiches and they a new surprise! They don't look like the photos, no I wasn't expecting them to be 10lb behemoths for 2 for $5 (wishes so sometimes come true though) but they weren't flakey and crumbly. You could tell they were essentially turbo-chef'd. The irony is they were good! Tiny, but the bread was good! Bacon still makes me sad and eggs make me fart with an hour of consumption, but otherwise I was happy! Unsure of the rest of the party in the car with me but they were kind not to say anything.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Let's start with my order issues... My "ultimate breakfast sandwich" was smashed as if it was stepped on. The ham was like chewing on a rubber tire. The cheese could have been mistaken for plastic. The hash brown was raw.... We also ordered hot honey chicken strips. But, we received cold chicken strips with no sauce. I also had to ask the employee to give me back my credit card, twice... I guess ill be monitoring my bank account for a while. I once worked as a contractor for Jack in The Box. After seeing the condition of the kitchens in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, I swore I'd never eat there. After a few years, I found the locations in west Denver were actually good. So, I tried Castle Rocks location today... bad idea! I assume now it is just as bad as down south. Protect your health, save your money, STAY AWAY!!

An employee with tattoos on his right fore arm came out of the back door and screamed "mask mandate" and then slammed the door. Then he came back out to take the trash out and was screaming like a crazy person as he walked to the dumpsters. There was no one around and i just drove up. The other employees seem pretty good. But that one dude is insane! If he wants to yell at some old guy about wearing a mask, i can understand that, but they should have it posted on the door, in your face.. and NOT scream insanely in front of other customers in public.. appearances are everything. Everyone stay away. The 3 restaurants or Wendy's across the street is better. (Pictures show no signs posted of the mask requirement)
