asked for extra caramel brulee topping and got none :( glad I rode 10 miles to come here lol.
Edit: and I wouldn't ask them to remake my drink because it already took them 20 minutes to do this they are understaffed and cannot complete orders, there was one guy in there making drinks and a huge line of cars. And if they couldn't make it right the first time why would they make it right the second time? They would probably spit in my drink after I bothered them because they were clearly overwhelmed. But I don't pay six or seven dollars as a charity for a drink you know? I have a cappuccino machine at my house. Why would I do that? I can make my own drinks for a fraction of the cost that taste a lot better. I just thought it would be nice to go on a ride and get a treat at the end of the ride but it wasn't much of a treat. But I really do love the condescending response implying that I could have fixed my drink if I'd only asked. Maybe they could have made it right to begin with if they were so good at making drinks right? I stopped here after visiting a nearby fuel station. The parking here is tight, and some people displayed the inability to park straight, and that made it difficult to exit/enter my car.
Once inside, I made my order with a very nice and friendly barista. Due to the way I ordered my drink, I asked her if it could be stirred before it was given to me. She agreed that she doesn’t understand why some employees at her location and at other Starbucks don't stir certain drinks that obviously must be stirred.
Other notes about this location are that the restrooms were clean and had a paper towel dispenser. This was important as many Starbucks don't have paper towel dispensers, and some of those same locations have doors that open inward. This forces you to touch a dirty door handle if you didn't use some toilet paper to open the door.
The dining/waiting areas were clean, as well as the trash and supply area. The windows and doors were also clean. It appears it is managed well.

Of course it declined it! I had no idea why? Instead of making a scene and sending us away, they told us ' NO PROBLEM', ITS ON US TODAY! WOW! What an amazing thing to do.
