This was THE WORST experience! I just went through the drive thru and ordered the ultimate breakfast combo minus ham on the sandwich and a small chocolate shake. After receiving my shake and the bag, I drove away and realized immediately that I did not get my hashbrown or coffee. I proceed to go back through the drive thru (the inside dining was closed). I tell the girl that I did not receive my hashbrowns or coffee. She said, "that is because if you want the combo, you have to say that." I let her know that I did order the combo, and she told me that she didnt charge me for it. ( The way she said it was as though it was MY fault that I did not catch that). I told her that I was coming back through for the hasbrowns and coffee, and would pay the difference. I could not back out of the drive thru anyway...other cars had already pulled in behind me. There are 2 vehicles in front of me in the drive thru. When I finally get back up to the window, the employee tried to hand me the food and drinks for the customer behind me. I reminded her that I was there to get the hashbrowns and coffee. She said "Ok, let me tell them to put that in for you". What? I just had to drive thru AGAIN and wait behind 2 cars because you did not give me what I ordered, and you haven't even put my hash brown order in yet!? Then she was asking me if I wanted another combo,or did I want the hashbrown and coffee seperately. I told her again that I just wanted the hashbrown and coffee that I did not receive and that I would pay the difference. She had a rude and disrespectful tone and became argumentative with me about what I had ordered . I paid $10.50 the first time I drove thru for the sandwich and small chocolate shake, and now she was charging me another $4. I told her $14.50 for a breakfast combo and small shake didnt seem correct. She gave me the coffee and started trying to argue with me again about how she had asked me if I wanted it seperately, so she charged me seperately. I am so frustrated at this point. I told her that this was a ridiculous experience and drove away. I have been trying to get this combo for 15 minutes, and the hashbrowns still weren't ready! So I basically just wasted my time and paid 14.50 for a small chocalate shake and sandwich only. Oh, and no surprise here, but my sandwich that I asked for with no ham, had ham on it too. Where are the managers? This person helping me did not have the communication skills/training to interact with customers or solve issues, or to even address my experience in a professional manner. I felt so disregarded and...
Read moreCustomer service is everything to a business. This restaurant does not have good customer service. My family and I ordered chicken nuggets and an Oreo shake through drive-thru. The cashier was quite rude (no courtesy like hello, thank you). She refused to give me her name and seemed unhappy to receive our business. It all started with the speaker system (difficult to hear and order, and a bit of a wait). Then we asked for another bbq sauce, which we did not mind paying the 22cents for. I asked her name because I did not see a name tag, and I planned to write a review as I always do. She told me she does not have to give me her name or the Manager's name. To prevent holding up the line, I just went inside and spoke to the manager directly about the cashier's unprofessionalism. Bottom line, the food was good as most Jack n The Boxes are, but the service was abysmal. P.S. The receipt...
Read moreWas there for drive thru lunch and it was extremely busy. I ordered, waited, paid, and left. I checked the bag on my drive back home and noticed my hash browns were missing. I wasn’t upset but a little annoyed that I had to go back. They were REALLY busy and were doing the best they could do, so I get it. When I parked and walked in they had a line but this girl with short buzzed hair noticed me waiting and immediately asked me if she could help me with anything. They made me fresh hash browns are the staff were really nice and apologetic about it even though they didn’t need to be. Being staffed during a pandemic is hard. Staffing is low and you are required to give your all even though it’s exhausting. This staff needs to be praised for raising the bar on customer service. It’s hard out there but there are so many people that appreciate you....
