This Jersey Mike’s location has always been a struggle, but is the closest to home so I continue to try. Today I had an inexperience there that will be my last visit to that location, perhaps Jersey Mike’s in general. After waiting 20 minutes in line, the 10+ employees had made 100 to go sandwiches and not made a single sandwich for a person in line. There was no acknowledgment from the staff that they were extremely busy, no apologies or thank you for our patience. It literally was like crickets. After 20 minutes, and a line out the door, I decided to speak up and express my frustrations. The woman making sandwiches looks up at me and then says “have a good time coming up to get your sandwich”. I am an extremely patient person, pride myself on being kind, but this was absolutely appalling. I understand they feel overwhelmed, but to speak to a customer that way, who is about to come eat in your establishment is disgusting. Read moreI've been to several Jersey Mike's locations throughout the years and each one of them have been great. This one I think the people working may need to be retrained. I ordered the big kahuna giant size, I felt like I had more bread than meat. Hardly had any peppers in it, They also used two halves to make a whole giant. I noticed because the ends where the bread was cut was clean and there was no meat spilling out the sides like if it was filled then cut. The sandwich was also not wrapped properly, it was placed on the paper and paper was folded over and then stuffed into the brown bag. As a side note I ordered it on the app for pickup, another person went in before me to order at the counter. When I went to pick up my order I took a few seconds to make sure everything was there and that person was still waiting when I left and the employees were in the back chatting it up. Read moreOrdered sub online made me something completely different with the wrong bread even. Then told me that they where sorry they didn't know how to make the sub I had ordered. I told them that this had to be a joke they clarified again they had no idea between 5 employees and a manager couldn't make a sub that is on the menu. Said that they would make it up giving me a free sandwich of my choice and then proceeded to get the bread wrong again and made the wrong size and tried to charge me for 2 subs. Suggest never going to this location unless corporate comes in and first trains staff how to make the menu and teach the employees to honor what they say aswell as follow simple instructions like getting the bread right atleast...it is only a sandwich shop not a very difficult or mentally...
