We donât usually order fast food but we were hungry and thought we would check out the new McDonaldâs that just opened near our house. We ordered a filet o fish meal, a quarter pounder with only ketchup and onions and a 10 piece nugget. I was surprised that it was $30! Regardless, once we got home we saw that there were no fries in the bag. My boyfriend took the receipt back, waited for someone to acknowledge him, showed them the receipt and was told we didnât order a combo meal. We had our medium coke though. He was told he ordered a filet o fish and a coke even though the order was repeated back twice to us: âfilet o fish mealâ. The employee had to get his manager. While he was waiting, another employee walked out and yelled across the restaurant that they had to use the bathroom and they wouldnât be able to take orders. My boyfriend eventually got a very small portion of french fries. When he got home to finally eat his burger, it had pickles on it with a large label attached to the box that said No Pickles No Mustard. Our society is doomed.

   Read moreIt was a Horrible experience made better by the manager. I wasnt told what window to get my food at . There were 2 cars ahead of me one at each window . After I received my card I go to move forward and the other cars have gone I go to the window closest I wait.....nothing I think I have gone to wrong window. I move to next one...they start handing out food at the window I have left for 3 cars worth. I try calling themno answer my only option is to drive around again. I was told go to window 2..the cashier then tells me window 1 đI go to next window he hands me a drink and my bag Im gone i realize less than a block I was given right drink wrong bag Im tired but this is MY treat day so I go back I walk in and ask for the manager. A hispanic lovely man said he was the supervisor and took care of my issue quick and gave me coupons for 2 meals and another hash brown way above and beyond I would have been happy w just my sandwiches and maybe a coffee haha Thank you for taking care of it...

We visited this location and ordered two Happy Meals through the drive-thru. Despite only one car ahead of us the entire time, we waited nearly 20 minutes for our order. When we politely asked the employee at the window why there was such a delay, he responded with, âI didnât make it, I donât know,â and immediately shut the window without offering any explanation or apology.
This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. For a simple order with minimal traffic, this kind of delay and lack of courtesy is unacceptable. We hope management takes steps to improve staff responsiveness and...
