Abysmal customer service, food tampering and CONSTANT issues.

We have ordered from Marcos for years. When we moved, we started to get deliveries from this location. It baffles me how anyone actually has a good experience with these people.

If the order isn't 1.5 hours late, then we are either missing a soda, got the wrong soda, random toppings on the pizza one of us is allergic to, they forget parts of the order and then there's today....

We ordered a large cheese pizza that came with a missing sliver. Yes, we did assume the pizza had shifted. Yes, we tried to put it back together. No, it did not shift. No, it could not be put back together. It was literally missing a sliver.

So we called and got a new one. Driver shows up and looks at it. Laughs and agrees it looks like someone possibly mis cut and tried to fix it. That's fine! And we probably would have been okay with it, if they had told us.

The replacement pizza was exactly the freaking same. So we hand it back to the driver and call for a refund for the pizza.

I then opened my cinnamon squares and there's nothing on it. It's just dry bread.... No butter, no sugar, no cinnamon.

I call and the "manager" says "the order was already refunded. What do you want from me." I only put manager in quotes because I am fairly certain whoever I spoke to, was not actually a manager. It would not be the first time that this location had an employee pretending to be a manager. then he just... hung up on me.

I just don't understand. We have always tipped well. We have always been kind. It almost feels personal at this point. We can't even get in touch with anyone that actually cares. The store managers do not care and the employees don't care. We have only called when there has actually been an issue and up until the last two times, we've always been very nice about it. if their goal was to get us to stop...

Dear Marco’s Pizza Customer Service,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a very poor experience I had with your 514 Knox Abbott Dr, Cayce SC store today.

I placed an order for delivery, which took over an hour to arrive. When I called to check on the order, I was told the driver had “tried to contact” me at the number listed, but no calls were ever made to either of my phones. Without contacting me properly, the order was canceled without my consent.

When I asked about a refund, I was told it would take 3–5 business days. While that was frustrating, I remained calm and polite. However, when I called back to reorder, the employee I spoke to was extremely unprofessional. She asked me if I was “okay” and implied that I had an attitude, which was uncalled for and inappropriate for someone handling customer service.

This entire situation was unacceptable. Not only did I not receive the food I ordered for my child and myself, but I was also treated with unnecessary rudeness. I request the following: Immediate confirmation that my refund is being processed. A written apology from the store regarding the way I was spoken to. A customer service credit for the inconvenience caused, as a gesture of goodwill.

I hope Marco’s values its customers enough to address this matter promptly. Please confirm next steps at your earliest...

It's good for the price considering they have a lot of good options. Even though my place is outside of their operation range they still make an exception which is nice. Great if you really need something to eat and are in the mood for pizza.

I'd give 3.5 stars if I could because even though the service is 5 stars and the price is a solid 4 star the taste of the food is more around a low 3.

I understand it is a "delivery" pizza joint but I think the pizza is overly greasy and sometimes becomes soggy and drowns out the taste of everything else. If it weren't for that the pizza would be among the best in town especially their old world pepperoni.

When I was in an area that allowed ordering online I was able to customize my order to be a thinner, crispy, light cheese pizza which in my mind is perfect but for some reason they haven't been able to reproduce that consistently enough for four stars.

As far as "ah!thentic" Italian pizza goes, it's not. I've been to Italy, I am Italian and this really doesn't do it justice. However it is good for a quick slice. It could be better...

This is the worst Marcos franchise store. The franchise states they deliver within 3 miles of their store. We live with 2 miles and for 3 years they have refused to deliver. 1/2 the time we order we pay extra for sauce that doesn’t come and today we order thin crust on door dash (rechecked the order to make sure) regular crust was delivered. Called the store and they blame it on DoorDash even though the order were showing in the app is correct. GM offered no solution!!! This store is. Joke with the worst customer service!!

Burnt cheese ok the crust and one seems over cooked whole the meats crust looked white minus the burnt cheese. Probably pulled it out too early. And def shook a empty Roma container over the bread and called them sprinkles a day.

this company used to provide quality and worked for one for 3 years but come on look at this cheesy bread..what the heck is the shape, the rise is terrible, where is the romasean, tried it and no garlic butter either and the pizzas we very very ugly wouldn’t pass a pep test. And def shook a empty Roma container over the bread and called them sprinkles a day.
